    摘要: A parallelism-adjustable bonding machine includes a first chamber, a second chamber, a press-bonding unit, a carrier and plural parallelism-adjusting units. The first chamber is configured to connect to the second chamber, so as to define a closed space therebetween. The press-bonding unit is disposed within the first chamber, and the carrier is disposed within the second chamber. The press-bonding unit is disposed to face the carrier configured to press and bond substrates placed on the carrier. Each of the parallelism-adjusting units is disposed on the first chamber, and includes an adjustment shaft extending through the first chamber and connected to the press-bonding unit. The adjustment shaft includes an adjustment member located outside the first chamber and the closed space. A user is able to adjust a parallelism between the press-bonding unit and the carrier in an efficient and precise manner, from the adjustment member.

    摘要: A support board structure includes a base plate, a folding plate, and an elastic binding belt. The base plate has a top edge, a bottom edge, and a backside therebetween. The folding plate includes an abutting portion pivotally connected to the bottom edge, a connecting portion and a supporting portion pivotally connected between the abutting portion and the connecting portion. The supporting portion is formed with a strip-shaped hole. An end of the elastic binding belt is fixed to the base plate, and another end thereof is fixed to the base plate and passing the connecting portion. The folding plate flatly abuts against the backside when collapsed, and the connecting portion is reversely folded to flatly abut against the backside to form a three-dimensional structure and define an elevation angle between the abutting portion and the base plate when expanded.

    摘要: A nail drive method applied in an electric nail gun, in which a rotary actuator is driven to generate forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. The rotary actuator has paired wire bundles and magnetic lines arranged in circumferential directions. The nail drive method comprises boosting a pre-loaded voltage of a battery to generate a peak voltage, and storing the electric charge generated by the peak voltage, and then releasing the peak voltage and its electric charge to the rotary actuator through a nailing signal, so that the wire bundles can generate a current to interact with the magnetic lines to generate a tangential force, so that the magnetic lines can drive the rotor to rotate for a specific angle, and the rotary actuator can directly generate a forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. Thus, the energy conversion structure installed in the conventional electric nail gun can be omitted.
