摘要: Provided herein is a method for treating neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), by use of monoclonal antibody, which exhibits a binding affinity to Siglec-3 receptor. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the monoclonal antibody is capable of enhancing phagocytosis of neurotoxic peptides by immune cells thereby providing a neuroprotective effect to a subject in need thereof.

摘要: Disclosed herein are electrospun fibrous matrix and its production method. The method mainly includes the steps of, mixing a first polymer and a drug to form a first mixture, and sonicating the first mixture until a plurality of microparticles are formed with the drug encapsulated therein; and mixing the plurality of microparticles with a second polymer to form a second mixture, subjecting the second mixture to a wet electrospinning process to form the electrospun fibrous matrix. The thus-produced electrospun fibrous matrix is characterized by having a plurality of first and second fibrils woven together, in which each second fibril has a plurality of drug-encapsulated microparticles independently integrated and disposed along the longitudinal direction of the second fibril. Also disclosed herein is a method for treating a wound of a subject. The method includes applying the present electrospun fibrous matrix to the wound of the subject.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for forming backside metal contacts with reduced Cgd and increased speed. Particularly, source/drain features on the drain side, or source/drain features without backside metal contact, are recessed from the backside to the level of the inner spacer to reduce Cgd. Some embodiments of the present disclosure use a sacrificial liner to protect backside alignment feature during backside processing, thus, preventing shape erosion of metal conducts and improving device performance.

The present invention can introduce the atmosphere to form a circulating air flow with better suction strength, and the circulating air flow can more efficiently send a rotary-cut tissue at a corresponding position to a sample collector at the back end, thereby effectively improving the sample discharge rate.

摘要: A child safety seat includes a seat shell, a front end part rotatable relative to the seat shell between a retracted and a deployed position, and a latching mechanism for locking the front end part in the deployed position. The front end part has a transversal portion extending along a width direction of the seat shell, and two side portions respectively connected pivotally with the two sidewalls of the seat shell via two pivot shafts spaced apart from each other along the width direction. The transversal portion of the front end part is stowed inside the opening of the seat shell in the retracted position, and extends outside the opening of the seat shell in the deployed position.
