摘要: A remote chemical vapor deposition (“CVD”) reactor and process is disclosed, which includes a vacuum insulated inner core with an inlet that is connected to vapor inlet source and an outlet connected to a deposition chamber or a secondary reactor unit. The inner core may be heated to high temperatures by any of different energy sources, allowing for breaking of chemical bonds in the flowing vapor molecules and resulting in generating vapor phase reactive intermediates that are ultimately transported to a vacuum chamber for depositing thin films by the CVD process.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a data storage device. A data port transmits data between a host computer system and the data storage device. A non-volatile storage medium stores encrypted user content data and a cryptography engine connected between the data port and the storage medium uses a cryptographic key to decrypt the encrypted user content data. The access controller generates a challenge for a manager device. The challenge comprises a blinded public key of an ephemeral unlock key pair that is blinded by an unlock blinding key. The challenge further comprises the unlock blinding key in encrypted form. The access controller further provides the challenge to the device to be authorized for sending the challenge to the manager device; receives a response to the challenge; decrypts the unlock blinding key and calculates a shared secret; and upon determining that the response indicates approval of registering the device, registers the device to be authorized as an authorized device.

摘要: Example storage medium servo patterns, data storage devices, and methods to provide servo tracks with continuously varying frequency in a data storage device are described. The data storage device may include storage media, such as magnetic disks, having servo sectors that define servo tracks, where adjacent servo tracks have continuously varying frequency as the head moves from one servo track to the next. As the head is actuated over the storage medium, a target track frequency may be determined based on the radial position of a target servo track and the channel frequency may be set to the target track frequency to follow the target servo track.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of GPCR structure biology and signaling. In particular, the present invention relates to protein binding domains directed against or capable of specifically binding to a functional conformational state of a G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). More specifically, the present invention provides protein binding domains that are capable of increasing the stability of a functional conformational state of a GPCR, in particular, increasing the stability of a GPCR in its active conformational state. The protein binding domains of the present invention can be used as a tool for the structural and functional characterization of G-protein-coupled receptors bound to various natural and synthetic ligands, as well as for screening and drug discovery efforts targeting GPCRs. Moreover, the invention also encompasses the diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic usefulness of these protein binding domains for GPCR-related diseases.

摘要: Systems, methods, and data storage devices for data recovery from network storage systems are described. The data storage device may include a host data channel for data transfer with the host and a network data channel for data transfer with the network storage system over a network. Responsive to a read error when reading a data unit, the data storage device establishes a secure data transfer connection with the network storage system to request the failed data unit from the network storage system. The data unit retrieved from the network storage system may be used to respond to the original read request and restore the data unit in the data storage device.

Conversations of patients may be monitored, natural language understanding (NLU) processing performed, and a machine learning system used to detect dangerous mental or physical conditions.
