摘要: There are provided an ink set, printed matter, and a molded article, with which a first ink and a second ink are applied over a substrate in the form of a sheet, for example, and which lends itself well to processing of this coated surface. An ink set 10 includes first inks 1Y, 1C, 1M, and 1K containing a pigment as a colorant, and a second ink containing no pigment. Films of the first inks 1Y, 1C, 1M, and 1K each stretch at least 70% when cured into the film with a thickness of 5 μm and the film is stretched under a 150° C. environment. A film of the second ink has an elastic modulus of no more than 200 MPa when the second ink is cured into the film with a thickness of 50 to 200 μm.

摘要: A recording method is for recording on a recording medium with a photocuring liquid substance by discharging droplets from a discharge head onto the recording medium while displacing the discharge head and the recording medium relative to each other. While the discharge head and the recording medium are displaced relative to each other, a droplet discharge step of discharging the droplets from the discharge head toward a predetermined section of the recording medium, and a radiation step of radiating the light toward the droplets discharged on the recording medium, are performed n (n being an integer of 2 or greater) times on the predetermined section to complete recording on the predetermined section, and the recording rate in the nth discharge step is lowered below 100%/n.

摘要: A method for producing a build-up substrate containing two layers of wiring patterns that are separated from each other with an insulating film intervening therebetween and are electrically connected to each other at a contact part penetrating through the insulating film, includes: ejecting a liquid repelling agent having repellency to an ink for forming the insulating film from a liquid droplet ejecting head onto one of the wiring patterns, thereby forming a liquid repelling part; then ejecting the ink for forming the insulating film from a liquid droplet ejecting head onto portions on the wiring pattern except for the liquid repelling part provided, thereby forming the insulating film; then removing the liquid repelling part; and then forming the contact part and the other of the wiring patterns by electroless plating.

摘要: A liquid droplet discharging device includes a stage section, a discharge head, a moving section, a maintenance device and a testing device. The stage section is configured and arranged to retain a substrate. The discharge head has a nozzle for discharging a liquid droplet of a liquid onto the substrate. The moving section supports the discharge head to move integrally with the discharge head relative to the stage section. The maintenance device is configured and arranged to perform a predetermined maintenance process on the discharge head. The testing device is configured and arranged to test liquid droplet discharge characteristics of the nozzle. The maintenance device and the testing devices are disposed at opposite sides in a direction of relative movement of the moving section and the stage section, with the stage section being disposed therebetween.

摘要: With the printing method according to the above described aspect of the present invention, when first ink and second ink made of resin are placed on a printing medium, a first dot for which a first ink droplet land on the printing medium and a plurality of second dots for which a plurality of second ink droplets land on the printing medium are in contact, but adjacent ones of the second dots are separated from each other. With this printing method, the first ink is high in stretchability, and the glass transition point when the second ink is cured is higher than the glass transition point when the first ink is cured.
