摘要： Disclosed is an oil-and-fat composition suitable for the coating with a tempered chocolate, particularly suitable for the enrobing with the chocolate. Also disclosed is a low-fat tempered chocolate suitable for coating, particularly enrobing. Specifically disclosed is an oil-and-fat composition which has a content of an oleoyldipalmitin (P2O) component of 70 to 85% by mass, which contains a symmetric triglyceride 1,3-dipalmitoyl-2-oleoylglycerin (POP) in the oleoyldipalmitin (P2O) component at a ratio of the amount of 1,3-dipalmitoyl-2-oleoylglycerin (POP) to the amount of the oleoyldipalmitin (P2O) component [(POP)/(P2O)] of 0.95 or more by mass, and which has a content of tripalmitin (PPP) of 2 to 6% by mass. The oil-and-fat composition is added to a tempered chocolate.

摘要： An oil-and-fat composition for coating that simultaneously exhibit both significantly conflicting properties: drying quickly at ambient temperature and hardly peeling off (when eaten), and a food product including the oil-and-fat composition. The oil-and-fat composition for coating of the present invention includes an interesterified oil (A) that is nonselectively interesterified and contains 80 mass % or more of a fatty acid having 16 or more carbon atoms and 35 to 60 mass % of a saturated fatty acid having 16 or more carbon atoms in its constituent fatty acids, and an interesterified oil (B) that is nonselectively interesterified and contains 20 to 60 mass % of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 14 carbon atoms and 40 to 80 mass % of a saturated fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms in its constituent fatty acids. The composition also includes a tri-saturated fatty acid acylglycerol in a content of 10 to 15 mass %.

摘要： In a hall element resolver (10), a pair of hall elements (13, 23) are placed so as to generate detection signals, which include a phase difference of 90 degrees and are sine-curved, when a rotary magnetic drum magnetized with two poles rotates. Meanwhile, supplied as control currents Ic1 and Ic2 for driving the hall elements (13, 23) are alternate electric currents, which include a phase difference of 90 degrees and have the identical frequency, and balanced modulation signals, which include a phase difference of 90 degrees and are sine-curved, are output from the hall elements (13, 23) as detection signals VH1 and VH2. Then, a rotational position is calculated according to the balanced modulation signals. Thus, it is possible by using the hall elements to obtain detection signals which have resistance to a noise, and with which a transmission distance can be lengthened, as it is done by using a resolver.

摘要： In an angle detection device for a rotational body, an external peripheral surface of an arc-shaped fluorescent fiber is scanned by a scanning beam from a scanning mirror fixed to the rotational shaft of a swing motor. Fluorescence is generated at a position in the fluorescent fiber scanned by the scanning beam, the fluorescence is propagated to both ends thereof, and the received luminous energy corresponding to the scanning position is detected by photodiodes. A signal processing circuit compares output signals of the photodiodes to obtain the scanning position of the scanning light, and the corresponding rotation angle of the swing motor is found.

摘要： An angular acceleration detector (10) is provided with two slit-carrying discs (14, 15) mounted fixedly and coaxially in an opposed state on a rotary body (13), and a semiconductor position detecting unit (19) formed as a detecting means and consisting of a light emitting element (20) and a semi conductor position detecting member (21) which are disposed in an opposed state across the slits in these discs, the angular acceleration of the rotary body being detected by using this detecting unit. The slits (17) in the disc (15) cross at a predetermined angle the slits (16) in the disc (14). The disc (15) has an annular weight portion (15b) at the radially outer side of a slit-carrying portion thereof, and a resilient deformable spring portion (15c) circumferentially arranged at the inner side of the weight portion. The angular acceleration of the rotary body can be measured by detecting the movement of the crossing portions of the slits relative moving due to the inertial force of the weight portion.

According to such a chocolate or chocolate-like food, the low temperature bloom can be inhibited.
