摘要:
An electrolysis device including a bioanode and a cathode catalyst, a method for implementing the same, and the use thereof for producing hydrogen.
摘要:
The present invention relates to an oxidation process for organic matter and the kit for carrying out said process, in particular for the treatment of waste, effluent and sewage sludge.
摘要:
A proton exchange membrane fuel cell comprises an cathodic compartment including a cathode, an oxidant consisting of oxygen and at least one enzyme catalyst, an anodic compartment comprising an anode, a fuel and at least one catalyst. The anodic and cathodic compartments are arranged at either end of the membrane. The cell is characterized in that the enzyme catalyst of the anodic compartment is an oxidoreductase type enzyme capable of catalyzing the reduction of oxygen into hydrogen peroxide and the hydrogen peroxide is a direct receptor of the electrons from the cathode.

The present invention relates to a process for the treatment of at least one of the electrodes (cathode and/or anode) of a fuel cell, before the said cell is operated, and before or after the said electrode is placed in the said cell, comprising the step consisting in forming a biofilm on at least part of the surface of the said electrode, by immersing the said electrode in a medium capable of causing the growth of biofilms, the said biofilm being intended to catalyse the reaction at the electrode, and the step consisting simultaneously in subjecting the said electrode to a polarization potential. The invention also relates to a fuel cell comprising at least one electrode covered with a biofilm, obtained before the said electrode is placed in the cell, and to the electrode.
