摘要: A paving machine is disclosed. The paving machine may have a screed assembly having a left screed section and a right screed section. The paving machine may also have a crown actuator configured to pivot the left and right screed sections about the centerline. The paving machine may have a crown profile sensor configured to detect the crown profile (DP), and a cross slope sensor configured to detect a cross slope (QNL*, QNR*) of the screed assembly. Further, the paving machine may have a controller configured to determine the crown profile (DP) and a cross slope (QNL*, QNR*) of the screed assembly. The controller may calculate a left cross slope (QNL) of the left screed section and a right cross slope (QNR) of the right screed section based on the determined crown profile (DP) and the determined cross slope (QNL*, QNR*), and display the crown profile on the display device.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a binder foam for producing asphalt. In a pressurized stream of heated binder, preferably bitumen, a liquid, which has a lower evaporation temperature under atmospheric pressure than the temperature of the heated binder stream, preferably water, is injected at an angle (α) of greater than 90° relative to the flow direction (S) of the binder stream such that a pressurized mixture stream of the binder with drops of liquid distributed therein or with drops of liquid distributed therein and vapour bubbles resulting from said drops is provided downstream of the injection point (D). The pressure of said mixture stream is then decreased, preferably to the atmospheric pressure, whereby the binder is foamed as a result of an evaporation of the drops of liquid contained in the binder and/or as a result of the expansion of the vapor bubbles resulting from the drops of liquid.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a binder foam for producing asphalt. In a pressurized stream of heated binder a liquid, which has a lower evaporation temperature under atmospheric pressure than the temperature of the heated binder stream is injected at an angle (α) of greater than 90° relative to the flow direction (S) of the binder stream such that a pressurized mixture stream of the binder with drops of liquid distributed therein or with drops of liquid distributed therein and vapor bubbles resulting from said drops is provided downstream of the injection point (D). The pressure of said mixture stream is then decreased whereby the binder is foamed as a result of an evaporation of the drops of liquid contained in the binder and/or as a result of the expansion of the vapor bubbles resulting from the drops of liquid.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for heating a paver screed (10) of a road paver equipped with a heating device, wherein the heating device comprises electrical heating elements (2), which for generating heat are charged with electric current by a current generator (1). For changing the heating power of the heating device, the voltage (U), the heating elements (2) are charged with, is changed. Thus, for controlling or regulating, respectively, the heating power the voltage charged to the individual heating element (2) is increased or reduced. By this, an energy-efficient operation is made possible and the service life of the heating elements (2) as well as of the generator (1) can significantly be increased. Likewise, the motor driving the generator (1) is spared and in case of a combustion engine, e.g. a diesel engine, also fuel is saved.
