摘要: In order to make it possible to transmit and receive information between terminals and to reduce the number of wires used for an elevator in a building in an elevator system by transmitting and receiving information through wireless transmission even if a very weak radio wave having a narrow communicable range is used, an elevator control unit, a car terminal and floor terminals are individually provided with short distance wireless transmitting/receiving units having a communicable range of nearly a 2-floor distance (5 to 6 m) using very weak radio waves. The radio waves are received and transmitted between the wireless transmitting/receiving units located within the communicable range to transmit information by a relaying method of sequentially transferring information from terminal to terminal until it reaches a final destination.

摘要: A train detection system, including a transmitter, to be connected to a track circuit, which transmits to the track circuit a train detecting signal for confirming the existence of a train in the track circuit, a receiver, to be connected to the track circuit, which receives the train detecting signal from the transmitter through the track circuit, and a wayside controller. The wayside controller is connected to the transmitter and the receiver through a data transmission path, which transmits the train detecting signal to the transmitter and receives the train detecting signal from the receiver. The wayside controller includes a checker for checking whether or not the train detecting signal, which is received from the receiver, agrees with the contents of predetermined data.

摘要: A train detection system is capable of realizing reliable train detection with a train detection apparatus of simple construction using a track circuit. This is attained by a transmitter 11a adding data of a first unique code to a train detecting signal received from wayside controller 100 and transmitting it to a track circuit; a receiver 11b adding data of a second unique code to the train detecting signal added with the first unique code data received from the track circuit and transmitting it to the wayside controller 100; and the wayside controller 100 checking whether or not the data received from the receiver 11b agrees with predetermined data.

摘要: A three-dimensional graphic system includes a scene origination equipment, a rendering apparatus and a display device. The user interface unit of the scene origination equipment displays on the display screen of the display device. The user interface unit of the scene origination equipment displays on the display screen of the display device a graph which represents the relationship between a distance from a point generated with a cursor and the density of the generated point. The setting of the shape of the displayed graph is accepted on the display screen, and the relationship between the distance from the generated point of the cursor and the density of the generated point is determined in accordance with the accepted setting of the shape of the graph. The image generation unit of the scene origination equipment displays the cursor on the display screen, and generates an image in which the point generated with the cursor and points vicinal to the generated point are drawn at densities conforming to the determined relationship. The rendering apparatus generates a video graphic in which the generated image is mapped on an object and displays the video graphic on the display screen.

摘要: A graphic processing device is composed of a main storage device, a drawing control device and a drawing device. The main storage device stores data relative to the coordinates of plural graphics. The drawing control device reads out the data relative to the coordinates of the plural graphics stored in the main storage device, scans the coordinate data to calculate the coordinates of intersecting points of a scanning line and the plural graphics for each position of the scanning line. The drawing control device also determines an overlapping area (AND area) or a common area (OR area) of the plural graphics on the basis of the coordinates of the intersecting points of the plural graphics and the scanning line. The drawing device draws the overlapping area (AND area) and the common area (OR area) of the plural graphics as a graphic.

摘要: In a vacuum processing chamber, an etching is performed on an object to be processed having at least a mask layer formed in a predetermined pattern and a Ti layer, as a layer to be etched, formed under the mask layer. During the etching, a first plasma processing is carried out to etch the Ti layer by using a plasma of an etching gas containing a fluorine compound at an inner pressure of the chamber of 4 Pa or less. Subsequently, a second plasma processing for dry cleaning is performed by using a plasma of a cleaning gas after the first plasma processing is completed. At this time, a deposit containing a Ti compound produced during the plasma processing is removed.

摘要: An etching method, for etching a silicon nitride film on an underlying silicon oxide film by using a hard mask whose principal component is a silicon oxide, includes a step of etching the hard mask by using the resist film as a mask to form a mask pattern therein; a step of ashing the resist film; a step of oxidizing the hard mask; a main etching step of etching the silicon nitride film by using the patterned hard mask as a mask; and a step of overetching the silicon nitride film at a high selectivity of the silicon nitride film to the silicon oxide film. The main etching step is performed after the step of forming the mask pattern in the hard mask and before the overetching step at a selectivity of the silicon nitride film to the silicon oxide film smaller than that in the overetching step.
