摘要: The invention provides a detection method of ammonia oxidation functional gene in water treatment, including the following steps. For a sample to be detected, ammonia oxidation functional genes are amplified by PCR, and primers used for PCR are modified by attaching biotin and digoxigenin to forward and reverse 5′ ends respectively. Next, on the basis of immunochemistry, antibodies are used for biorecognition, and nano colloidal gold particles are used as chromogenic substances. The sample is placed on a sample pad of a lateral flow immunoassay test strip, and the sample flows from the sample pad to an absorbent pad. Color development on both the test and control lines when the sample flows through a nitrocellulose membrane indicates a positive result; color development solely on the control line indicates a negative result and no color development indicates an invalid test.

According to some embodiments, the system comprises a non-transitory processor-readable medium, and a processor communicably configured to receive the microscopic image, and process the received microscopic image with a convolutional neural network (CNN) model having a modified U-Net architecture. Also disclosed herein are methods for identifying a spatial pattern of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) by using the present system.

The first state tracking and reassembly circuit is configured to reassemble and sort the first packet segments according to the sideband information. The output arbiter is configured to output the first packet segments according to a sorting result.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods of producing photocatalysts for degrading NOx. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the method comprises mixing a transitional metal or its oxide with a bone powder or a shell powder, followed by heating the mixture for at least 12 hours to dehydrate the mixture, and calcinating the dehydrated product for 1-5 hours. In certain embodiments, the bone powder is mixed with titanium dioxide at the weight ratio of 1:1. In certain embodiments, the shell powder is mixed with titanium dioxide at the weight ratio of 0.5:1 to 2:1 (w/w).

The coating layer is on surfaces of the porous substrate to form the platelet filtration membrane.

摘要: A design method for feedforward active noise control (ANC) system using analog filter. In which, at least one noise collecting system is adopted for collecting a real environmental noise for obtaining a reference signal and a target signal. According to the reference signal and the target signal, a first adaptive system identifying unit is enabled to complete a system identification process for producing a first adaptive filter. After that, a second adaptive system identifying unit is enabled to complete a system identification process based on the reference signal, the target signal and the first adaptive filter for producing a second adaptive filter. After the second adaptive filter is converted to a low-order digital filter, the digital filter is further converted to a physical analog filter circuit. Consequently, a feedforward ANC system comprising the physical analog filter circuit, a pre-amplifier unit, a reference microphone, and a mixer is established.

摘要: A design method for feedforward active noise control system is disclosed. Based on a target signal and a reference signal, a first adaptive system identifying unit is enabled to complete a first system identification process for producing a first adaptive filter, and then a second adaptive system identifying unit is enabled to complete a second system identification process for producing a second adaptive filter. After the second adaptive filter is converted to a digitally-controlled filter by using a system identification tool, the digitally-controlled filter is implemented into a DSP chip of a feedforward active noise control system. As a result, it is able to find that not only the computing loading of the DSP chip is significantly lowered while an adaptive algorithm executes an active noise control computing, but also the feedforward active noise control system exhibits a broad frequency bandwidth noise cancelling ability.
