摘要: Provided are anti-PAD4 antibodies having excellent properties and an excellent method for treatment of RA. Used are anti-PAD4 antibodies that specifically bind to an epitope containing positions 345, 347, and 348 of PAD4. These anti-PAD4 antibodies may inhibit the citrullination activity of PAD4. In addition, these anti-PAD4 antibodies may have a KD (M) of 9.0×10−9 or less. Optionally, the anti-PAD4 antibody and a TNFα inhibitor are used in combination.

摘要: Provided are anti-PAD4 antibodies having excellent properties and an excellent method for treatment of RA. 摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for facilitating a photovoltaic device to provide a wireless communication channel. The apparatus comprises a switch connected in parallel with the photovoltaic device and configured for driving the photovoltaic device to produce optical signals carrying sensed data to be transmitted; and a control module connected with the switch and configured for receiving electrical sensing signals and generate a control signal to control the switch. The apparatus provided by the present invention is extremely durable. Compared to existing communication technologies which require extra hardware, the apparatus provided by the present invention is simpler and can be integrated into a single component.

摘要: The present invention provides a cable network planning method comprising: modelling the prespecified topology as a Steiner tree including a plurality of terminal nodes representing a plurality of cable landing stations (CLSs) to be installed respectively in a plurality of destination regions connected by the cable network, a plurality of Steiner nodes presenting a plurality of branching units (BUs) to be installed in the cable network, and a plurality of edges connecting the terminal nodes and Steiner nodes; constructing a directed acyclic graph (DAG); finding a Steiner minimal tree (SMT) by applying a DAG-Least-Cost-System algorithm; returning coordinates of Steiner nodes, terminal nodes of the SMT as locations of the BUs and the CLSs. The provided method enables inclusion of costs of the Steiner nodes by taking account of Steiner nodes with degree in excess of three such that more flexible BU branching structures and CLS locations alternatives can be considered.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of in situ 4D printing of high-temperature materials including 3D printing a structure of an ink including a precursor. The structure is treated with controlled high energy flow to create a portion which has a different coefficient of thermal expansion/thermal shrinkage ratio. The structure is heated and the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion creates an interface stress to cause a selected level of deformation. Alternatively, two structures with different coefficients of expansion/thermal shrinkage ratio may be printed. Thermal treatment of the two structures creates an interface stress to cause a selected level of deformation.

摘要: A method for determining a layout of a wireless communication network is provided in the present invention. Numerous realizations of user device placement in a considered geometry are measured to reflect the practical distribution of the user devices in a more accurate way than the conventional approach which emulates the randomness of placements of user devices using a tractable stochastic process. Moreover, a scenario sampling approach is used to provide a lower-complexity and higher efficient way to yield optimal base station deployment results while guaranteeing the quality of service of a specified majority of the overall user device realizations.

摘要: The present invention provides a system for implementing a logistic regression classification mechanism to measure and assess a depth of anesthesia of an animal subject based on electroencephalography (EEG), which includes a signal pre-processor, an epoch generator, a feature extractor, a classifier, and a predictor. Related method of how to pre-process the raw data of EEG signal, epoch generation thereof, feature extraction from each epoch, classification based on extracted features, and prediction of different states of the animal subject based on a prediction decision mechanism is also provided. Classification accuracy of the present invention for 1-second and 10% overlapping epochs is about 94% with an average total system delay of about 12 μs and low on-chip power consumption. The present system is entirely optimized, which leads to a 100% accurate channel prediction after a 7-second run-time on average.
