摘要： A soothing anti-viral lotion composition and a lotioned tissue product having a surface with the lotion composition applied thereto, and methods for making and using the same. The lotion composition includes an anti-viral organic acid and a topical delivery system. The topical delivery system includes one or more polyesters which allow incorporation of the organic acids into the lotion formulation, controls their delivery, and maintains them in the stratum corneum. The lotion composition may optionally contain a surfactant, an irritation inhibiting agent, and other additives.

摘要： This invention is directed to a facial tissue dispensing system which is a portable, flexible pack for dispensing tissues. The portable, flexible pack container is thin yet contains large tissues for cleaning when paper towels or rags are not available. Each of the large tissues is reversibly pre-folded three times onto itself in the lateral direction, and is not pre-folded in the longitudinal direction. The tissues are folded such that they unfold as they are being dispensed through the tissue dispensing opening of the container. After being placed into the portable, flexible pack container, the container is itself folded in half or folded in thirds ensuring the tissue dispensing opening on the top wall of the container is contained inside the fold or folds of the container. In this manner, tissues are kept clean and dry.

The tissues may serve as applicators for chemical agents to be released during use of the tissue. A tissue having an improved tactile impression to the consumer, with enhanced resilience and high external bulk is disclosed. In one embodiment, a multi-ply structure having at least three plies is desirable. A middle or intermediate ply is comprised an increased thickness and a greater bulk is employed. In general, the exterior plies of the tissue are smooth and desirable to the consumer.

摘要： Disclosed is a process for producing a crimp-bonded fibrous cellulosic laminate. The process includes the steps of: 1) providing at least two superposed plies of a fibrous cellulosic material; 2) passing the superposed plies through a crimp roll arrangement including a rotating crimp element and a rotating anvil element; and 3) applying a pressure load against the rotating elements sufficient to crimp bond the fibrous cellulosic material plies into a laminate. The crimp element has protruding members configured in a discontinuous pattern aligned on an axis that is parallel to the cross-machine direction to provide a substantially continuous uniform area of localized surface contacts between the rotating crimp and anvil elements across the width of the plies. Also disclosed is an overall crimp-bonded fibrous cellulosic laminate and an apparatus for crimp-bonding multiple superposed plies of a fibrous cellulosic material.

A suitable implementation includes a soft uncreped throughdried tissue product having generally uniformly distributed surface deposits of a chemical composition that contains an oil, a wax, and preferably a fatty alcohol. Suitable compositions include those which have a melting point of from about 30° C. to about 70° C. and which are applied to the outer surfaces of the tissue product in melted form.

摘要： A soft uncreped throughdried tissue product is disclosed having uniformly distributed surface deposits of a chemical composition which imparts a benefit to the user, such as a reduction in skin irritation during use. Particularly suitable compositions are those which have a melting point of from about 30.degree. C. to about 70.degree. C. and which are applied to the outer surfaces of the tissue product in melted form, preferably by rotogravure printing. A suitable composition contains an oil, a wax, and preferably a fatty alcohol.

摘要： A dispenser system for dispensing a clip of stack sheets of a web material includes an upright carton body with a clip of the stacked sheets carried within the carton body. A first lid is non-removably attached to the carton body such that the first lid cannot be removed from the carton body without permanent deformation of the first lid or the carton body. The first lid includes a sacrificial separation portion configured to allow a user to separate at least a section of the first lid from the carton body after depletion of the initial clip. A replacement lid assembly includes lid structure and a replacement clip of stacked sheets of web material. The lid structure is attachable to the carton body or a remaining portion of the first lid.
