摘要： An antenna tower is provided having one or more antennae at the removed end thereof, which tower is configured for ease of maintenance of the antenna by a serviceman standing on the ground and servicing the antenna. Applicants' antenna tower includes a fixed vertical base or mast tube, fixed to the ground and having a removed end. At or near the removed end of the base tube, a swing tube is pivotally attached. The swing tube has a first end removably coupled to a near end of the base tube, and a removed end extending beyond the removed end of the base tube. Attached to the removed end of the swing tube is a pivotally mounted configured member or pivot tube. The pivotally mounted elongated member receives an antenna thereupon. The pivot tube is removably coupled to the swing tube to allow the pivot tube to rotate.

摘要： Self-watering fruit tree container comprises a container holding a living plant that is positioned above a container holding a pool of water or nutrient solution where the water may be absorbed by the living plant through a permeable bottom and/or side of the plant container. Self-watering fruit tree container allows for an airspace layer between the plant container and the water container which prevents excessive absorption of water into the plant container, thereby preventing root rot. Self-watering fruit tree container achieves this partially by special funnel shaped root-pruning aeration apertures in the bottom of the plant container that allow very small roots and root hairs to pass and grow through the bottom of the plant container and into the water reservoir below, while pruning and stopping larger roots, and also allowing for aeration of soil in the plant container.

摘要： A method for negotiating a purchase price for an assembled good to be delivered to a purchaser is disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes storing a value representing an estimated number of assembled goods desired for delivery in a particular time period, and using a computer program to estimate an optimal number of setups per the time period and an optimal order quantity per setup, based on the value and other stored information, and based on automatic calculations by the computer program. The method further includes automatically estimating an optimal should-cost purchase price for the assembled good based on the value, the estimated optimal number of setups, and the estimated optimal order quantity, and using the estimated optimal should-cost purchase price to negotiate a final purchase price for the assembled good.

A first reinforcement member is received within the stem portion and includes a main body portion and a pair of axially extending struts, the struts defining a channel therebetween. The second hinge member has a first end pivotally attached to the first hinge member at a pivot point located between the stem and tail portions to enable pivoting movement of the hinge device between an extended position and an articulated position. A second reinforcement member is secured to the second hinge member and has a tongue pivotally received within the channel. The first and second hinge members are in aligned coaxial relation and the tail portion engages the second hinge member when the first and second hinge members are in the extended position. A fastener releasably secures the first and second hinge members in the extended position.
