Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a thin film formed with a uniform single-size monolayer of spherical AZO nanoparticles. Because of its own advantages in cost and transparency, Al-doped ZnO (AZO) transparent conductive film is becoming the most commonly used transparent conducting oxide (TCO) replacement for solar cells. In this invention, a colloidal chemical means is adopted for enabling a chemical reaction between metal salts, water, and polyhydric alcohols at a room-temperature environment, and thereby, a process for fabricating spherical AZO nanoparticles in a diameter ranged between 100 nm to 400 nm according to different parameter configurations can be achieved while controlling the actual Al/Zn ratio to be ranged between 0.1% to 3%. In addition, a dip coating means is adopted for densely distributing the spherical AZO nanoparticles on a substrate into a monolayer close-packed structure.

A method for making a conductive polymer composite for detecting a gas includes forming a porous conductive layer of a conductive powder on a substrate, applying a polymer solution containing a solvent and a gas responsive polymer material dissolved in the solvent to the porous conductive layer such that a portion of the polymer solution penetrates into the porous conductive layer and the remainder of the polymer solution forms a thin film covering a top of the porous conductive layer, the gas responsive polymer material being capable of adsorbing and desorbing the gas, and removing the solvent from the polymer solution so as to form a polymer matrix covering the porous conductive layer.

A rack for rolling type sanitary paper, including a fixing seat, a shaft disposed at front end of the fixing seat, a core member fitted around the shaft and a torque spring disposed between the shaft and the core member. The core member is passed through the reel of the sanitary paper and disposed with a stopper plate, whereby the user can tear apart the sanitary paper by constant amount. Each time after torn apart, the pulling end of the sanitary paper is restored to have a fixed length for ready use.

The base member may be coupled to an information handling system chassis that includes a plurality of cards located in a spaced apart relationship to each other. The first securing member and the second securing member may then be used to support the cards in order to restrict movement of the cards.

The objective of the invention is to provide a compact and complex electronic component incorporating a rotary encoder capable of exact adjustment and a push switch with a long life-cycle. In order to achieve the objective, the push switch is fixed on a rear wall or a lower surface of the electronic component such that an essential of the push switch, i.e., a dome-shaped member, can be made larger and has longer fatigue life. Moreover, the rotary encoder includes a rotatable member and a resilient member. The rotatable member has a gear-shaped flange and is rotatable circumferentially relative to a central shaft of the rotary encoder. When the rotary encoder rotates, the resilient member, relative to the central shaft, is stationary. The resilient member has a V-shaped portion retained by a surface of the gear-shaped flange of the rotatable member such that the rotary encoder can be exact adjusted.
