Abstract:
A method of making a composite board and a product made thereby are disclosed. The method includes a lining forming step, a fiber pipe rolling step, a fiber pipe mounting step, a fiber material covering step, and a board body forming step. The product includes a lining acting as a board body, a plurality of long slots formed on the lining, a fiber pipe placed in each of long slots, a foam material mounted in each of fiber pipes, and a fiber material covering an external periphery of the lining. The fiber materials and the fiber pipes are melted and combined together by heat, thereby shortening the operating time. The fiber pipe becomes a reinforcement support structure to increase a structural strength of the composite board, thereby producing a finished product with a light weight and a strong structure.

The invention features a coating composition that comprises a non-urethane acrylate or methacrylate compound in combination with a fluorochemical. Typically, the non-urethane (meth)acrylate is an aliphatic or aromatic (meth)acrylate compound and the fluorochemical typically comprises a monofunctional (per)fluoropolyether (meth)acrylate compound. The coating compositions can provide a protective topcoat layer to a variety of substrates, including wood and vinyl.

A racket with a movable throat includes a racket frame having an inner wall disposed with a pivotal groove having a throat member received therein. A racket net is firmly fixed with the inner wall of the racket frame, composed of a plurality of first main strings respectively having one end connected with the throat member. By so designing, when a user employs the racket of this invention to hit balls, the impact force of the ball dashing against the racket net will drive the throat member to sway. Thus, the time that the ball contacts with the racket net can be prolonged to enable a user to control balls more easily and additionally, all the first main strings can be actuated to sway together with the throat member to produce greater resilient force for enhancing power of hitting balls.

The invention provides a label-free sensor that includes a substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate, a second electrode formed on the substrate and spaced away from the first electrode, and a semiconductor layer formed on the substrate and being in contact with the first electrode and the second electrode. The semiconductor layer has a plurality of probe groups bonded to the semiconductor layer by functionalization, for sensing a coupling-specific substance having bonding specificity with the probe groups. The semiconductor layer is bonded with the probe groups, and the detection of detected object is performed in an instant, quick, rapid, and sensitive manner by measuring variation in electric current, avoiding the use of fluorescent reading equipment for reading fluorescent signals.

The present invention relates to a removable hard-disk structure without screws at least comprising a housing, a first elastic arm, a second elastic arm and a removable component. The housing having a placing space is connected to an opening end to enable the hard disk be placed into the placing space, and a door plate is further installed at the opening end to avoid the hard disk departing from the housing. The first and the second elastic arms are installed at the top surface and two side surfaces respectively, and these elastic arms are cantilever type and extend a pressing end into the placing space, which holds and presses the hard disk, and the hard disk is correctly being placed into the placing space. The removable component has a connecting end which is connected into the placing space, as the hard disk is placed in the placing space, the removable component fits the hard disk, and thus the hard disk can be easily removed by applying force on the removable end of the removable component.

An electronic device with airflow field is disclosed, which comprises a housing, several heat sources, a plurality of openings, an air inlet and an air outlet module. By the use of sealed structure of electronic device, the airflow field can be formed inside the housing to direct the airflow for passing through the surface and bottom of each heat source, for the purpose of taking the heat away from the heat sources and promoting the efficiency of heat dissipating greatly. The axial direction of the fan is vertical to the supporting body for forming a sealed space with a local high pressure. It can raise the flow rate and lower the noise of the wind shear from turbulent flow.
