摘要: A translucent solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The translucent solar cell at least includes a substrate, a front electrode layer, a photoconductive layer, and a back electrode layer stacked in order. Therein, a plurality of apertures are formed on the front electrode layer. In addition, a plurality of light-transmissive regions are formed on the back electrode layer and further extended in a depth direction so as to reach the plurality of apertures on the front electrode layer. Thus, the projected area of each light-transmissive region is within and smaller than that of the corresponding aperture.

摘要: A stacked-layered thin film solar cell has a plurality of independent unit cells comprising a substrate, a first electrode layer, a first photoconductive layer, an interlayer, a second photoconductive layer, and a second electrode layer in a series stacked structure, wherein at least one first separation groove is formed within the first electrode layer and the stacked-layered thin film solar cell is characterized in: at least one second separation groove formed on the interlayer, at least one connection groove passing through the first photoconductive layer and the second photoconductive layer, and at least one third separation groove extending downward at a periphery of each of the unit cells so that the connection grooves and the third separation groove are concurrently located inside a projection zone of the second separation groove.

摘要: A toner and a method of producing same. In one embodiment, the method includes the steps of forming an organic phase containing a resin, an organic solvent, a colorant, a charge control agent, and a phase change stabilizer, wherein the organic solvent is characterized in that the resin is soluble in the organic solvent and the organic solvent and water are at least partially miscible; forming an aqueous phase containing water, an anticoagulant, an accelerant, and optionally an auxiliary agent; mixing the aqueous phase with the organic phase to form a solution having resin colloidal microparticles formed and stably dispersed therein, whereby the resin colloidal microparticles aggregate, coalesce and solidify out into resin particles in the solution, meanwhile the organic solvent is removed from the resin particles by the aqueous phase; and curing the resin particles to obtain toner particles having shapes, diameters, and diameter distribution that are controllable.

摘要: Disclosed are a stacked-layered thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The stacked-layered thin film solar cell includes plural unit cells connected together electrically, each including a substrate, a first electrode layer, a first photoconductive layer, an interlayer, a second photoconductive layer and a second electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer is divided by plural first grooves; plural second grooves are formed through the second photoconductive layer, the interlayer, and the first photoconductive layer; and plural third grooves are formed in the second electrode layer and extended downward through the first photoconductive layer. The first, second and third grooves are offset with respect to one another. The stacked-layered thin film solar cell is characterized by plural recesses formed at intersections between the interlayer and the second grooves for preventing leakage of electrical current from the first or second photoconductive layer to the interlayer through the second grooves.

摘要: This invention discloses a stacked-layered thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The stacked-layered thin film solar cell with a plurality of unit cells comprises a substrate, a first electrode layer, a first photoconductive layer, an interlayer, a second photoconductive layer, and a second electrode layer in a series stacked structure. It is characterized in that a first isolation groove and a second isolation groove are formed on borders of the second electrode layer and are extending downward to remove the first photoconductive layer. The first isolation groove is parallel with the unit cells and vertical to the second isolation groove. At least one outer groove is formed on the first electrode layer inside the first isolation groove and the second isolation groove, and at least one cutting groove inside the first isolation groove is formed on the interlayer.

摘要: A toner and a method of producing same. In one embodiment, the method includes the steps of forming an organic phase containing a resin, an organic solvent, a colorant, a charge control agent, and a phase change stabilizer, wherein the organic solvent is characterized in that the resin is soluble in the organic solvent and the organic solvent and water are at least partially miscible; forming an aqueous phase containing water, an anticoagulant, an accelerant, and optionally an auxiliary agent; mixing the aqueous phase with the organic phase to form a solution having resin colloidal microparticles formed and stably dispersed therein, whereby the resin colloidal microparticles aggregate, coalesce and solidify out into resin particles in the solution, meanwhile the organic solvent is removed from the resin particles by the aqueous phase; and curing the resin particles to obtain toner particles having shapes, diameters, and diameter distribution that are controllable.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thin film solar cell. The thin film solar cell comprises a substrate, a transparent conductive layer, a first semiconductor layer, a reflection layer, a reflection enhancing layer, a second semiconductor layer and an electrode layer. The transparent conductive layer is formed on the substrate. The first semiconductor layer is formed on the transparent conductive layer. The reflection layer is formed on the first semiconductor layer, and it is highly refraction and has a plurality of light-transmissive parts. The reflection enhancing layer is formed on the reflection layer, and it has at least a stacking layer including a low refraction index layer and a high refraction index layer. The second semiconductor layer is formed on the reflection enhancing layer. The electrode layer is formed on the second semiconductor layer. The light-transmissive parts are extended to the reflection enhancing layer.

摘要: The present invention provides a translucent solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The translucent solar cell comprises, in stacking order, a substrate, a first electrode layer, a photoconductive layer and a second electrode layer. The translucent solar cell is characterized in that there are formed a plurality of first light-transmissive apertures on the second electrode layer and the plurality of first light-transmissive apertures are further extended in a depth direction to the photoconductive layer to form a plurality of second light-transmissive apertures corresponding to the first light-transmissive apertures. A projected area of each of the second light-transmissive apertures is equal to or smaller than that of a corresponding first light-transmissive aperture.

摘要: The present invention discloses a thin-film solar cell and a method for forming the same. The thin-film solar cell includes a substrate and a semiconductor layer containing a P-type crystalline silicon layer over the substrate, a first I-type crystalline silicon layer on the P-type crystalline silicon layer, a first N-type crystalline silicon layer on the first I-type crystalline silicon layer, a second I-type crystalline silicon layer on the first N-type crystalline silicon layer and a second N-type crystalline silicon layer on the second I-type crystalline silicon layer. Wherein, the semiconductor layer is formed with additional I-type and N-type crystalline silicon layers, thereby enhancing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the thin-film solar cell.
