    摘要: A method for preparing ultra-low ash coal-water slurry includes: (A) grinding of coal to a size below the upper size limit and then making a proper concentration slurry; (B) screening coal by using the slurry particle separation device and separating them by density into tailings, middlings and clean coal, adjusting the fraction of clean coal production according to the ash content standard of final product and then producing the clean coal slurry and tailings slurry; (C) wet grinding of the middlings in step B; (D) reprocessing the product in step C by step B. The upper size limit can be 0.2 mm, 0.01 mm or 0.001 mm, and the ash content can be below 2%, 1% or 0.5%. This method can largely enhance the production rate of clean coal, improve the coal-water slurry fuel's particle size graduation, improve the fluidity and increase the particle concentration of the coal-water slurry fuel.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fluid shockwave reactor. The fluid shockwave reactor introduces laser resonance theory into the field of fluid physics. It consists of a shockwave resonance energy concentration device and at least one set of jet collision device. The shockwave resonance energy concentration device can enhance the shockwave strength produced during jet collisions; strengthen the ultrahigh pressure and cavitation effect of the shockwave field; it can also intensify physical and chemical effects on the processed materials. The fluid shockwave reactor can achieve ultrafine crushing on the fluid materials with lower energy consumption. Under certain technological conditions, the fluid shockwave reactor may also effectively catalytize the chemical reaction process on fluid materials.

    摘要: This invention relates to a centrifugal jig comprising a rotating device, at least one jig unit and a product receiver. The jig unit includes a hutch chamber, a screen residue chamber, a screen, a feeding device, a discharging device and a pulsator. The jig unit is installed on the rotor at an inclined angle along the movement of the feed. It is used to separate particles of different density in the slurry. The product receiver is fixed on the ground to collect the separated materials discharged from the rotating jig unit. Separated materials are discharged from an outlet of the screen residue chamber in the jig unit. This invention can unselectively separate any size particles of different density in the fine slurry.

The sharp ends of the adjusting chambers face to each other and communicate with the inlet and the outlet, respectively. When the contact surfaces of the two semi-conical adjusting chambers overlap at least partly, the two adjusting chambers constitute a passage communicating the inlet with the outlet. The throttle valve can realize greatly proportionally and accurately adjusting, is pressure resistant and wearable, and is suitable for use in slurry delivery pipelines and liquid or other fluid delivery pipelines.

    摘要: A centrifugal separator includes a separation drum, a feed inlet, at least one heavy material outlet with a ring-shaped recess and at least one light material outlet. The feed inlet is located at the head of the separation drum. A feed accelerator is installed at the feed inlet. This feed accelerator cooperates with the proper form of the separation drum and the corresponding location of the material outlet to form a material differential rotation propulsion device. The material differential rotation propulsion device is capable of rotating the feed slurry material along with the separation drum in a slightly different rotation speed and forcing the processed materials to be discharged from separation drum via different outlets. The infeed flow rate is larger than or equal to the total sum of the outfeed flow rates of heavy and light materials so that the separation drum is full of materials during operation.
