    摘要: In order to prevent any increase in number of blind detections and make efficient use of radio resources even when a format of downlink control information is changed in accordance with a communication environment, the present invention provides a radio communication method for generating control information by using a predetermined DCI format out of a plurality of DCI formats including a first DCI format having an uplink scheduling grant and a second DCI format having downlink scheduling assignment. When the first DCI format is extended in size, the second DCI format is added with an information field so as to have the same size as the extended first DCI format, and information to extend an existing function of the second DCI format and/or information to add a new function is added to the information field thereby to generate the control information.

    摘要: A base station apparatus includes a measurement unit, a scheduling unit, and a transmission unit. The measurement unit measures received quality of a reference signal. The scheduling unit provides scheduling information indicating allocation of a radio resource in uplink. The transmission unit transmits a control signal including the scheduling information. After a first packet is transmitted using a first frequency band, a retransmission packet of the first packet is transmitted using a second frequency band other than the first frequency band. The control signal further includes information indicating a difference between received quality in the first frequency band and that in the second frequency band. The retransmission packet is transmitted at a transmission power level determined by adding a transmission power level of the first packet to that corresponding to the difference.

    摘要: One aspect of the present invention relates to a base station apparatus in a mobile communication system, comprising: an acquisition unit configured to receive an uplink signal from a user equipment and acquire channel condition information and an average value of the channel condition information for each of one or more frequency resource blocks; a reference metric calculation unit configured to calculate a reference metric indicative of priority of assignment of the frequency resource blocks to the user equipment based on the channel condition information and the average value of the channel condition information acquired by the acquisition unit; a modification unit configured to modify the reference metric calculated by the reference metric calculation unit with a first parameter to generate a modified metric; a scheduler configured to compare the modified metrics of the individual frequency resource blocks generated by the modification unit and determine an assignment plan of radio resources; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit a downlink signal in accordance with the assignment plan determined by the scheduler, wherein the modification unit modifies the reference metric with the first parameter, the first parameter having a first value for a predefined first frequency resource block and a second value for a predefined second frequency resource block if the user equipment belongs to a group differentiated based on a path loss.
