    摘要: A method for monitoring symmetrical two-wire bus lines and two-wire bus interfaces and a device for carrying out the method provides pulse weighting of low to high transitions or high to low transitions of the two wires operated in phase opposition of a two-wire bus line. The pulse chains thus obtained are used for step sequencing. In each case, one multistep shift function which is assigned to the first bus wire, is supplied with a first, constant logic read in state and can be reset to a second logic state in all-step fashion and, for all-step resetting of a similar second multistep shift function assigned to the second bus while, and vice versa, the step last achieved for each multistep shift function characterizing the respective fault state of the other bus wire. The pulse weighting is achieved by differentiation or high-pass filtering or by pulse generation controlled by state transition. For the pulse weighting, the device uses simple RC elements or edge-controlled monostable times, and for the multistep shift functions, two similar shift registers are used which can be loaded serially and clocked and reset in parallel and which can also be realized in one piece as a component of a monolithic semiconductor circuit by the previously mentioned elements. The device has a fault tolerance which can be programmed with respect to the bit width, and in conjunction with a likewise settable input cutoff frequency permits the decentralized local testing of two wire bus-type networks. The device can be made using CMOS technology, in conjunction with a very low space requirement.

    摘要: An ingnition distributor for an internal combustion engine, more particularly, for a motor vehicle internal combustion engine having an electronic ignition system driven by a distributor shaft which, in turn, is driven by the engine and having a device for changing a phase relationship between the distributor shaft and a distributor rotor. A control disk is rotatably mounted on the distributor shaft and is rigidly coupled with the distributor rotor. The rotation of the distributor shaft is capable of being transmitted to the control disk by means of at least one spring. An electromagnet is provided between the two poles of which the control disk is rotated, with the electromagnet forming with the control disk an anti-current brake. An electronic phase control is provided for regulating an excitation current of the electromagnet in accordance with a difference between the actual and set value of the phase displacement in dependence upon operating parameters of the internal combustion engine.

    摘要: A device for the identification of vehicle features essentially comprises an electronic memory circuit which is arranged fixed to the vehicle and which can be read by an external apparatus which is to be connected to the vehicle. The memory is integrated into or onto a segment of the contact element support of a diagnosis socket, which segment is detachable from the latter. A part of a film-chip film circuit can very advantageously be used for this purpose, as is known from the technology and production of electronic credit cards and data cards. The electronic memory is initially written at the factory during the production of the vehicle, and then reflects the original equipment features of the vehicle. In the event of an installation or modification for the special equipment of the vehicle, the contents of the memory can be modified or updated electrically by the apparatus.

In addition to a variable resistance float sensor in a dip tube, a travel sensor is arranged in the dip tube to determine the distance between the dip tube and the bottom of the tank in order to offset measurement errors caused by tolerances in the manufacture of the tank and resultant differences in the mounting position of the dip tube in the tank. The travel sensor includes a spring load rod extending to the bottom of the tank and a variable resistance connected to the rod to produce a calibration value.
