Abstract:
A method of fabricating a nonvolatile memory device includes providing a substrate having active regions defined by a plurality of trenches, forming a first isolation layer on the substrate having the plurality of trenches, forming a sacrificial layer on the first isolation layer to fill the trenches, the sacrificial layer including a first region filling lower portions of the trenches and a second region filling portions other than the lower portions, removing the second region of the sacrificial layer, forming a second isolation layer on the first isolation layer and the first region of the sacrificial layer, forming air gaps in the trenches by removing the first region of the sacrificial layer, and removing a portion of the first isolation layer and a portion of the second isolation layer while maintaining the air gaps.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a sheet roller capable of achieving compactness and thinness, and improves space usability and design freedom. The sheet roller includes a roller body coupled with the rotation shaft, a plurality of coupling members coupled with a side surface of the roller body in order to surround a part of an outer peripheral surface of the roller body, and disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller body in such a manner as to be spaced apart from one another, and an elastic sheet interposed between the roller body and each of the plurality of coupling members. The roller body is formed to have a predetermined thickness thereof while maintaining a predetermined shape and strength thereof, and thus, improving space usability and the design freedom of an automatic transaction machine where the sheet roller is mounted.
Abstract:
A cassette for a currency note dispensing machine, in which the cassette is slidably mounted to easily fill with currency note, can receive various kinds of currency note by adjusting a currency note guide, and prevent wrong mounting of a push plate to smoothly pay the currency note. The cassette includes a cassette housing formed in a box shape with an upper surface opened, in which currency note vertically stands up and stacks, slidably mounted to a main frame of the currency note dispensing machine, and having a groove for establishing sheet separating means at one side of a rear plate so that currency note contacts with the sheet separating means after one edge of the currency note is supported, and a push plate supporting the currency note stacked between a front plate of the cassette housing and the rear plate and coupled to a resilient member to press the currency note toward the rear plate of the cassette housing.
Abstract:
A cash transaction machine that can prevent paper media from not being collected due to the wind is provided. The cash transaction machine may provide a mold guide to a dispensing device and provide a bracket to a housing, in order to prevent the paper media from moving backward into the dispensing device due to the strong wind blowing from the outside. Since the mold guide and the bracket are overlappingly coupled with each other, it is possible to prevent the paper media from moving backward into the dispensing device due to the strong wind.
Abstract:
A shutter mechanism of an automated-teller machine according to the present invention comprises a main body including a frame, a shutter slidably coupled to a front side of the frame, a first protrusion protruding inward on an inner lateral surface of the shutter, and a fixing member protruding on a side surface of the frame; an opening/closing means for opening and closing the shutter in response to an external signal; a locking unit for preventing the shutter from being opened by an external force without a separate signal; and a driving unit for simultaneously operating the opening/closing unit and the locking unit. Therefore, the present invention provides a shutter mechanism of an automated-teller machine, wherein a shutter-opening/closing operation and a shutter-locking operation can be simultaneously carried out using a single driving source, thereby simplifying its structure and also reducing its production costs, and interference that may occur while the shutter is being closed does not impose a load on the driving source, thereby preventing damage to and malfunction of the mechanism, reducing a failure rate and also maintaining a smooth operational state.
Abstract:
A reject structure in a cash transaction machine includes a main body of the cash transaction machine including a receiving section wherein a fixed magnet is included in the receiving section; a reject box body being detachably disposed in the receiving section; a reject box shutter being provided on the reject box body to open and close a reject box; and a locking member including a movable magnet in one end of the locking member and being provided pivotably toward a first location capable of locking the reject box shutter and a second location capable of releasing the reject box shutter inside the reject box body, wherein when the reject box body is disposed in the receiving section, the locking member is pivoted toward the location capable of releasing the reject box shutter due to a magnetic force between the fixed magnet and the movable magnet.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and method for detecting double-feed of paper to prevent banking accidents or jam in a paper handling machine for handling paper, sheets of currency note are not separated by a sheet separating means and thus plural sheets are double fed. The apparatus includes paper feeding means for guiding upper and lower surfaces of the paper and feeding the paper, a pivot member pivotally installed to a rotary shaft, and having a contact portion disposed in a paper feeding path of the paper feeding means and contacting with one surface of the feeding paper, and an encoder portion with a plurality of slits, in which the rotary shaft is closer to the contact portion rather than the encoder portion, and a sensor for counting the number of slits of the encoder portion when the pivot member pivots. The present invention can accurately detect the overlay of the paper having a thin thickness with a simple construction. Also, the present invention can detect the overlay of the paper, regardless of a size and thickness of the paper and a transferring direction of the paper.
Abstract:
A shutter apparatus of a cash transaction machine, including: a drive unit; a cam rotating body engaged with the drive unit and including a guide rail eccentric to the rotation center thereof; and a shutter including a guide projection moving along the guide rail, which shuffles a straight path in response to the rotation of the cam rotating body. Since the shutter can be moved by using the rotation of the cam rotating body, the structure of the shutter apparatus can be simply maintained. Also, the rotation center of the cam rotating body and the guide projection are located on one straight line, thereby forming a structural lock without an additional locking unit.
