    摘要: Disclosed is a blue phosphorescent organic light emitting device having a minimal lamination structure. The device includes an anode; an emitting layer formed on the anode and including a host and a dopant; an electron transport layer formed on the emitting layer; and a cathode formed on the electron transport layer. A difference between a work function of the anode and a high occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of the emitting layer is less than 1.0 eV, and a difference between a low occupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the emitting layer and an LUMO energy level of the electron transport layer is less than 1.0 eV.
