摘要: Devices, systems, and methods are provided in which noise or artifacts generated by motion of a probe are attenuated in acquired physiological data, such as auscultation or ultrasound data. One such method includes acquiring physiological data of a patient by a handheld device. Motion of the handheld device is sensed, and a determination is made as to whether the sensed motion of the handheld device exceeds a motion threshold. The method further includes generating conditioned physiological data of the patient by attenuating a portion of the acquired physiological data in response to determining that the sensed motion of the handheld device exceeds the motion threshold.

One such system includes an ultrasound sensor, an electrocardiogram (EKG) sensor, an auscultation sensor, and a computing device. The computing device includes memory and a processor, and the processor receives signals from the ultrasound sensor, the EKG sensor, and the auscultation sensor. Artificial intelligence techniques may be employed for automatically analyzing the data obtained from the ultrasound sensor, the EKG sensor, and the auscultation sensor and producing a clinically-relevant determination based on a combined analysis of the data.

摘要: Devices and systems are provided that include an auxiliary electrocardiogram (ECG) assembly that can be utilized to acquire ECG data of a patient and transmit the ECG data to a handheld probe, such as an ultrasound probe. The handheld probe may include a housing and an ultrasound sensor that is at least partially surrounded by the housing. The ultrasound sensor may be located at or near a sensor face of the handheld probe. An auxiliary ECG connector is included that is at least partially exposed by the housing of the handheld probe. The auxiliary ECG connector may be utilized to electrically couple one or more auxiliary ECG leads to the handheld probe.

摘要: A device obtains ultrasound signals with ultrasound sensors without using ultrasound coupling gels on the face of the device. One such device includes an acoustic coupling pad that is placed on the ultrasound sensors. The acoustic coupling pad replaces conventional water-based ultrasound sensing gels to obviate the need for using such gels that may cause an electrical short circuit between electrode leads of electrocardiogram sensors positioned adjacent to the ultrasound sensors in the face of the device.

摘要: Ultrasound systems, devices, and methods for removing heat from within an ultrasound transducer probe are provided herein. An ultrasound transducer probe may include an imaging surface having one or more transducer elements, electronic circuitry, a heat exchanger and a housing. The housing at least partially surrounds the imaging surface, electronic circuitry and heat exchanger or the heat exchanger may simply be operatively coupled to the probe. The electronic circuitry may include processing circuitry that controls transmission of an ultrasound signal from the one or more transducer elements, and driving circuitry operatively coupled to the one or more transducer elements and the processing circuitry. The driving circuitry is configured to drive the transmission of the ultrasound signal by the one or more transducer elements in response to a control signal received from the processing circuitry. The heat exchanger includes a conduit for containing a flow of cooling fluid.

摘要: Devices and methods in which auscultation signals, ultrasound signals, and ambient noise signals may be simultaneously acquired by a same handheld device are provided. Moreover, in some embodiments, electrocardiogram (EKG) may be acquired by the handheld device. One such device includes a housing having a sensor portion at a distal end of the housing, and a handle portion between a proximal end and the distal end of the housing. An ultrasound sensor is positioned at least partially within the sensor portion of the housing, and a first auscultation sensor is positioned at least partially within the sensor portion of the housing. An ambient noise sensor is positioned at least partially within the housing between the handle portion and the proximal end of the housing.

摘要: A facility for processing a medical imaging image is described. The facility applies to the image a first machine learning model trained to recognize a view to which an image corresponds, and a second machine learning model trained to identify any of a set of anatomical features visualized in an image. The facility accesses a list of permitted anatomical features for images corresponding to the recognized view, and filters the identified anatomical features to exclude any not on the accessed list. The facility causes the accessed image to be displayed, overlaid with a visual indication of each of the filtered identified anatomical features.
