摘要: An engine idling control device for an excavator and a method thereof are provided, which can recognize the state of an engine, an on/off state of a function selection switch, and a user's intention to work that has maximally been reflected, reduce fuel use and production of carbon dioxide through automatic stopping or driving of the engine in accordance with an operation state of a safety device having convenience, and easily implement an engine stop and start function in accordance with a user's selection. The engine idling control device includes a first signal detection unit, a second signal detection unit, and an engine idling control unit automatically stopping or driving an engine in accordance with the state of the engine, the on/off state of the function selection switch detected by the first signal detection unit, and the operation state of the safety device detected by the second signal detection unit.

摘要: An emergency stop system for a hybrid excavator is provided, which includes an emergency switch and an emergency stop unit. In a normal operation state, a power supply that is applied from a power supply unit is provided to a hybrid controller and an engine controller, while when the emergency switch is pressed, the input power supply is intercepted to effectively stop the operation of the hybrid system in the case where equipment abnormality or an emergency situation occurs. Also, when the emergency switch is pressed, the power supply is applied to an emergency alarm unit and an energy discharge unit to notify an operator and neighboring persons of the equipment abnormality and emergency situation occurrence, and a hybrid power source vanishes completely.

摘要: An emergency stop system for a hybrid excavator is provided, which includes an emergency switch and an emergency stop unit. 摘要: A control system and method for a hybrid construction machine is provided. The control system for a hybrid construction machine includes an engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine to drive a hydraulic actuator, a motor-generator driven by the engine to generate electricity and to drive the hydraulic pump as a motor supplementing the engine, an energy storage device charged with electric energy generated by the motor-generator and supplying the electric energy for motor operation of the motor-generator, a mode detector detecting a working mode of the engine, a torque detector detecting an output torque of the hydraulic pump, a memory storing upper and lower baselines of an engine torque set per working mode of the engine, and a hybrid controller comparing the detected output torque of the hydraulic pump with the upper and lower baselines set according to the detected working mode, controlling power generation of the motor-generator so that the engine is loaded as much as much as a short value if the output torque is less than the lower baseline, and controlling the motor operation of the motor-generator so that the engine output is supplemented as much as an excessive value if the output torque exceeds the upper baseline.

摘要: A control system and method for a hybrid construction machine is provided.
