摘要: A honing machine includes a machine housing enclosing a workpiece spindle and a tool spindle. The workpiece spindle includes a spindle collar with a spindle head configured to hold a workpiece. The tool spindle includes a cup-shaped holder with a honing ring located on an inside of the cup shaped holder. An operating tank is also located within the machine housing, where the operating tank surrounds the tool spindle in an oil-tight manner. The operating tank includes a panel with a recess, where the workpiece spindle is configured to insert the spindle head through the recess and form a first oil-tight seal between the recess and the spindle collar. The panel is moveable relative to the operating tank and tool spindle when the panel is carried along by the workpiece spindle during a feed motion. A second oil-tight seal is formed between the panel and the operating tank.

摘要: An automation unit for handling component carriers has an enclosure for arranging components carriers within a first, a second and a third stacking space. The enclosure has a loading opening for the first stacking space, a transfer device for transferring component carriers between the stacking spaces, and a separating device to selectively separate or release the first stacking space inwardly. A safety system for an intervention area is at the loading opening to interrupt the operation of the automation unit if it detects an intervention. The safety system may switch to partial monitoring mode, to full monitoring mode after completion of an automated loading process or deactivate in a manual loading mode when the separating device separates the first stacking space. The safety system may switch to full monitoring mode before the separating device releases the first stacking space. The automation unit can be loaded both automatically and manually safely.

The support structure can be moved between a closed position and a loading position. A first side of the welding mask faces the welding device in the welding position and faces downward in the loading position. The welding machine allows free ends of bar conductors of a stator of an electrical machine to be welded while at the same time the stator is protected against contamination.

摘要: A method for processing a toothed workpiece includes clamping it on a rotating workpiece spindle and engaging it with a first and second tool set. The first tool set engages at the first side of the workpiece with a wedge-like tool portion laterally in the tooth gaps on the workpiece, wherein the tooth front edges are chamfered on front tooth flanks with respect to a running direction of the workpiece and a smoothing of the tooth flanks is carried out close to the tooth front edges on rear tooth flanks with respect to the running direction. The second tool set engages the first side, but the tooth front edges are now smoothed on front tooth flanks and a chamfering of the tooth flanks close to the tooth front edges on rear tooth flanks is carried out. Larger chamfer angles can now readily be produced on tooth edges of the workpiece.

摘要: A manufacturing system for manufacturing a stator for an electric machine, in particular an electric motor, wherein the stator has a main part and a plurality of bent and/or straight bar conductors. The manufacturing system has the following: a bending machine for bending free ends of the bar conductors, a spreading machine for spreading the free ends of the bar conductors in the radial direction, a welding machine for welding the free ends of at least two bar conductors, and a holding device for the stator. The holding device has at least one first set of fingers for engaging between the bar conductors at a first end face of the main part. The holding device can be secured to the bending machine, the spreading machine, and the welding machine. The manufacturing system facilitates an accelerated and inexpensive manufacture of stators with bar conductors.

摘要: A method for the vacuum laser welding of an at least two-part workpiece includes a workpiece or a workpiece carrier, on which the workpiece is arranged, and a welding mask which are moved relatively toward one another and pressed against one another so that a welding chamber is enclosed and sealed in a gas-tight manner. The welding mask is rotatably mounted. The welding chamber is evacuated and an annular connecting region between at least two workpiece parts of the workpiece that is exposed to the vacuum in the welding chamber is welded by a laser beam. The workpiece or the workpiece carrier together with the workpiece and the welding mask are turned in relation to the welding mask holder. Air is admitted to the welding chamber and the workpiece or the workpiece carrier on which the workpiece is arranged and the welding mask are moved relatively away from one another.

摘要: A tool spindle for a honing machine includes a bowl-shaped holder having a circumferential peripheral wall connected to a bottom part. The bowl-shaped holder is configured to hold a honing ring on an inside of the bowl-shaped holder. At least one expansion element is formed on the inside of the bowl-shaped holder along an inner surface of the circumferential peripheral wall. The at least one expansion element radially clamps and centers the honing ring inside the bowl-shaped holder. A hydraulic chamber is disposed in the bottom part of the bowl-shaped holder. At least one hydraulic line is connecting in fluid communication the at least one expansion element and the hydraulic chamber. A single adjustment element is movable in relation to the bottom part of the bowl-shaped holder, where the single adjustment element is in fluid communication with the hydraulic chamber.

摘要: An apparatus for bending ends, arranged in annular layers, of bar conductors for an electrical machine are arranged in a stator main body having multiple coaxially arranged coupling elements with coupling recesses, by which the ends of the bar conductors can be taken layer by layer and plastically deformed. Each coupling element has a driving platform, which can be moved in the axial direction together with the coupling element. The coupling element belonging to a driving platform can be rotated on the driving platform. All of the driving platforms move axially on a common climbing linkage. Each driving platform has a dedicated first driving device for axially moving the driving platform and a dedicated second driving device for rotating the coupling element on the driving platform, wherein the two driving devices are moved axially, together with the driving platform. The apparatus is of a simple construction requiring little installation space.
