    摘要: The present invention provides a fluorinated surfactant comprising fluorinated units and hydrophilic non-fluorinated units wherein said fluorinated surfactant can be obtained by(i) a free radical polymerization of: (a) one or more fluorinated monomers having the general formula (I): (Rf)n—X—C(R1)═CH2  (I) wherein Rf represents a perfluorinated polyether group, X represents a bond or a linking group, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2; and (b) at least one non-fluorinated monomer having at least one hydrophilic group or a precursor thereof; and (ii) conversion of said precursor when present, into a corresponding hydrophilic group.

    摘要: A fluorochemical composition to impart water repellency and/or oil repellency to a substrate, the composition comprising one or more condensates of (i) a methylolated amine or a C1-C4 alkoxylated derivative thereof, (ii) a hydrocarbon compound represented by formula (II) and (iii) a fluorinated compound represented by formula (I): Rf—(X1)n—Z1  (I) wherein: Rf is a fluorinated aliphatic group; X1 is an organic divalent linking group; Z1 is selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, thiol, amide or acid groups; and n is 0 or 1; and Rh—Z2  (II)  wherein: Rh is a hydrocarbon group having at least 6 carbon atoms and optionally being substituted with 1 to 3 subsituents; Z2 is selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, thiol, amide or acid groups. The invention further provides a method of treatment of a substrate with the fluorochemical composition and a treated substrate.

    摘要: This invention relates to a polyether-amido-amine corn-pound, obtainable by a two-step reaction of a poly-etheramine with an alkyl acrylate and a polyalkyle-neimine, whereas the polyetheramine and the polyalkyleneimine have at least one primary or secondary amine group, in which the first step comprises the reaction of the polyetheramine with the alkyl acrylate and the second step comprises the reaction of the polyalkyleneimine with the product of the first step. The invention also relates to a method for synthesising a polyether-amido-amine compound by a two-step-reaction. Another object of this invention is a curable composition containing at least one polyether-amido-amine-compound of this invention and a method for coating the surface of a substrate or for binding at least two substrates together using such a curable composition.
