    摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing a poly-1-olefin by polymerization of a 1-olefin of the formula R4CH═CH2, where R4 is hydrogen or an alkyl radical having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, in suspension, in solution or in the gas phase, at a temperature of from 20 to 200° C. and a pressure of from 0.5 to 50 bar, in the presence of a catalyst which comprises the reaction product of a magnesium alkoxide with a transition metal compound (=component a) and an organometallic compound (=component b) and whose component a has been prepared in a manner having the feature that a magnesium alkoxide powder having a mean particle size, expressed as the d50, in the range from 100 to 1000 μm is firstly processed by dry milling in a mill under inert conditions to produce magnesium alkoxide powder having a mean particle size, expressed as the d50, of less than 15 μm, then suspended in an inert hydrocarbon in which the magnesium alkoxide is insoluble, and is reacted immediately without further pretreatment with a transition metal compound of titanium, zirconium, vanadium or chromium.

    摘要: A catalyst component for the polymerization of olefins comprising Mg, Ti and Cl obtained by a process comprising the following steps: a) reacting a precursor of formula MgCl2.mEtOH, wherein m is equal to, or lower than, 1.5 having a porosity due to pores with radius up to 1μ of higher than 0.4 cm3/g with an alcohol of formula RIOH where RI is an alkyl different from ethyl, a cycloalkyl or aryl radical having 3-20 carbon atoms said RIOH being reacted with the said precursor using molar ratio RIOH/Mg ranging from 0.01 to 10; b) reacting the product obtained in (a) with TiCl4 using Ti/Mg molar ratio ranging from 0.01 to 15, c) reacting the product obtained in (b) with a silicon compound of formula RIaRIIbSi(ORIII)4−(a+b) where RI-RIII are linear or branched, cycloalkyl, aryl C1-C20 hydrocarbon groups a and b are integers from 0 to 2.

The invention also relates to a process for preparing the Ziegler catalyst and to the homopolymerization or copolymerization of 1-olefins in its presence.
