摘要: The invention discloses a high performance plastic magnetic material, comprising a low surface energy layer, a magnetic layer and a printable layer, wherein the magnetic layer and the printable layer are arranged successively on a first side of the low surface energy layer; the low surface energy layer is an organic silicon pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The invention further discloses a preparation method, comprising the following steps: pretreating a magnetic powder with a coupling agent; mixing the pretreated magnetic powder with matrix components and auxiliaries to gain a mixture; extrusion compositing the gained mixture with a printable layer to gain composite paper having the printable layer and a magnetic layer; and applying a low surface energy layer on a side of the magnetic layer, opposite the printable layer. As no UV layer and no adhesive residue, the material of the invention is environmentally friendly and highly reliable.

摘要: An atomizing structure and an atomizer are disclosed. The atomizing structure includes a ceramic part, a heating part and a shell. The heating part is connected with the ceramic part. An annular cavity is arranged between an inner wall of the shell and an outer wall of the ceramic part, the annular cavity is arranged around the outer wall of the ceramic part, an atomized liquid is capable of entering the annular cavity through the liquid inlet region, and the atomized liquid in the annular cavity is capable of entering the ceramic part through pores in the ceramic part.

摘要: The present invention provides a ring varistor for use in DC micromotor including a ring varistor substrate having nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics and at least three independent electrodes evenly sintered on an end face of the ring varistor substrate. The electrode gap between two adjacent electrodes consists of two straight parallel edges of the two adjacent electrodes, and an inner and an outer concentric arc on the substrate ring, the electrode gap is not orthogonal to the ring. Due to the asymmetry arrangement of the surface electrodes and the electrode gaps, the electrode materials and the substrate materials with different thermal conductivity have no contact cross distribution with each other at the radial electrode gap. During welding, the heat shock is transmitted asymmetrically through the asymmetric electrodes, to improve the uniformity of the heat conduction distribution of the varistor and reduce the defective rate of the substrate welding fracture.

摘要: The present invention provides a bottom ohmic silver paste for strontium titanate ring varistor including silver powder, doped SnO2 micro powder, glass powder, organic solvent and organic binder, and the mass ratio of the silver powder, the doped SnO2 micro powder, the glass powder, the organic solvent and the organic binder is [65,85]:[0.9,4.3]:[0.5,5]:[10,20]:[10,15]. The present invention also provides a preparation method and use of the bottom ohmic silver paste for strontium titanate ring varistor of the present invention.

摘要: A magnetic material having dual properties and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The magnetic material having dual properties consists of: 5% to 88% of a permanent magnetic material, 5% to 88% of a soft magnetic material, 6% to 16% of a binder, and 1% to 10% of an auxiliary agent. The magnetic material having dual properties manufactured by mixing two phases without microscopic intergranular exchange coupling interaction has unexpected effects: the range of a magnetically attracted object is expanded to include a magnet having dual properties; the range of a magnetically attractive object is expanded to include a magnet having dual properties; the minimum value of the magnetic attraction force is increased, the magnetic attraction force is more uniform, and it is smoother to move and rotate an object. The effect obtained by two layers of the soft magnet and the permanent magnet can be realized by a single layer structure of the magnet having dual properties.
