摘要: A coil component is capable of suppressing permeation of liquid or gas into a magnetic portion and increasing mechanical strength of the magnetic portion. A coil component includes a magnetic portion including soft magnetic metal particles having an insulating oxide layer on a surface thereof, with the soft magnetic metal particles being bonded to each other with the insulating oxide layer interposed therebetween; and a coil portion provided inside or on the surface of the magnetic portion. A mixture containing a resin and inorganic particles is disposed between the soft magnetic metal particles.

摘要: A method for fabricating a porous ceramic heating body, and a method of fabricating a heating body. The method for fabricating includes, in sequence, mixing, ball-milling, defoaming, molding, and drying, pore-forming agent discharging, sintering, and electrode leading. The whole method is simple, and by using a box furnace to sinter the green body under an oxidizing atmosphere and normal pressure, the fabricated ceramic heating body is heated uniformly and the heating efficiency is high.

摘要: An apparatus is provided which extrudes a radiation-curable construction material above a support surface with a slot die to deposit a layer of extruded construction material above the support surface. Radiation is selectively projected with a projection unit to a construction region between the support surface and the slot die, thereby curing portions of the extruded construction material. The apparatus repeats these steps are repeated until a desired object is formed by the contiguous cured portions of the construction material extending across and between the layers.

摘要: A debinder provides for debinding printed green parts in an additive manufacturing system. The debinder can include a storage chamber, a process chamber, a distill chamber, a waste chamber, and a condenser. The storage chamber stores a liquid solvent for debinding the green part. The process chamber debinds the green part using a volume of the liquid solvent transferred from the storage chamber. The distill chamber collects a solution drained from the process chamber and produces a solvent vapor from the solution. The condenser condenses the solvent vapor to the liquid solvent and transfer the liquid solvent to the storage chamber. The waste chamber collects a waste component of the solution.

摘要: The present invention relates to an elastic conductor with high conductivity and stable electrical performance under stretching. The elastic conductor comprises a matrix material; a plurality of electrically conductive structures embedded in the matrix; and one or more particles embedded in the matrix, wherein the particles are configured to release an electrically conductive material upon stretching of the elastic conductor. In a preferred embodiment, each of the particles comprises a core of the electrically conducting material, such as liquid eutectic gallium indium alloy, and an outer shell surrounding the core, such as gallium oxide.
