The composition can comprise or be produced from a first polymer, a second polymer, and optionally a third polymer; the first polymer comprises an ethylene copolymer comprising repeat units derived from ethylene and a polar monomer; the second polymer comprises a polyacrylic acid or its salt or its cross-linked polymer thereof, a polymethacrylic acid or its salt or cross-linked polymer thereof, or combinations of two or more thereof; and the third polymer comprises polyvinyl alcohol. The process can comprise contacting the article with the composition.
