摘要: The invention relates to a packaging machine including a machine frame in addition to a method for the construction and alteration thereof. The packaging machine includes a frame made of transversal (3, 22, 28, 29) and longitudinal elements (2, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 25, 33) for receiving and fixing the individual work stations of the packaging machine, whereby the stations are used, for example, for forming, filling, sealing and labelling the packaging. Displacably mounted securing means for the work stations are fixably arranged on the longitudinal elements of the frames. The invention also relates to a method for constructing the type of packaging machine, whereby the frame is made of longitudinal elements (2, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 25, 33) which preferably are the same length as the individual work stations, and transversal elements (3, 22, 28, 29) are assembled together and the work stations are consequently suspended, orientated and fixed in the frame. The invention further relates to a method for altering the packaging machine, whereby the respective work stations are removed form the frame once the securing means have been detached. Subsequently, a replacement-work station can be fixed to the longitudinal elements. The longitudinal elements can also be removed, the remaining frame parts being joined together. The old work station is replaced by a new one which has different dimensions, and the longitudinal elements are also replaced by longitudinal elements having a different length.

摘要: Polyisocyanates are prepared by thermally splitting a carbamate corresponding to the formula:R.sup.1 (NH--CO--O--R.sup.2).sub.nin which R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and n are as defined herein into the corresponding isocyanate and alcohol. The splitting reaction is carried out at a temperature of from 150.degree. to 350.degree. C., at a pressure of from 0.001 to 20 bar and in the presence of an auxiliary agent. Suitable auxiliary agents are hydrogen chloride, organic acid chlorides, compounds having an alkylating effect and organotin (IV) chlorides. Inert solvents and catalysts may also be employed in the splitting products. The thus-produced isocyanate and alcohol are then separated, if necessary.

摘要: A method is provided for operating an automatic transmission for a vehicle, that includes, but is not limited to detecting whether a target speed of the vehicle is set, calculating an optimum acceleration gear in dependence of an actual virtual accelerator pedal position, and, if the optimum acceleration gear differs from a current gear, storing the actual virtual accelerator pedal position, shifting to the optimum acceleration gear and ignoring newly calculated actual virtual accelerator pedal positions for an acceleration period of time. Since the actual virtual accelerator pedal position is stored in the case of a detected necessary gear shift and further calculated actual virtual accelerator pedal positions are ignored for a time, the operating of the transmission is based mainly on the value of the actual virtual accelerator pedal position at the time, when a necessary gear shift is detected. The risk that due to insignificant changes of the accelerator pedal position the gear is shifted up and down several times (“gear hunting”) until the target speed is reached is reduced.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the adaptive correction of the shifting quality of an automatic transmission which is coupled to an engine and in which correcting elements acting on the pressure or oil throughput bring friction elements into engagement in the form of clutches or brake bands to carry out shifting processes, the line pressure impinged on by the correcting elements being registered by means of an electronic device and corrected as a function of various operating parameters. In this case for each specific gear change besides the resultant translation ratio (R) as a function of the time from the initiation of the shifting process until its completion, also the first derivative (dR/dt) is formed and in the electronic device (1) values of the translation ratio (R) are assigned to the corresponding values of the first derivative (dR/dt) in the form of a characteristic line, said measured characteristic line being compared with reference characteristic lines present in the device (1) including a tolerance range and that in the case of inequality a correction factor (KF) is determined which upon the next identical gear change leads to an incremental increase or a decremental decrease in a correction value (K.sub.x) by the correction factor (KF) and thus causes a correction of the line pressure or the oil flow by means of the pressure or oil flow-impacting correcting elements (8, 9) modulated by the electronic device (1) corresponding to the correction value (K.sub.x).

摘要: Method for operating a charging station for electric vehicles in which a charging power is negotiated between a charge control device of the electric vehicle and the charging station, the charge control device controls a charging current which is transmitted from the charging station to the electric vehicle in accordance with the charging power negotiated, wherein a continuous power rating and a maximum power of the charging station which is greater than the continuous power rating are determined. In order to optimize the charging power and to accelerate a charging operation, it is proposed that a charging power which is above the continuous power rating and which at most corresponds to the maximum power is first negotiated, that the temperature in the charging station be monitored, and that, when a limit temperature is exceeded, a new charging power which at most corresponds to the continuous power be negotiated.
