    摘要： A Method and Apparatus for Chemical Delivery Through the Brush used in semiconductor substrate cleaning processes. The chemical solutions are delivered to the core of a brush where the solution is absorbed by the brush and then applied by the brush onto the substrate. This delivery system applies the chemical solutions uniformly to the semiconductor substrate, reduces the volumes of chemical solutions used in a scrubbing process, and helps maintain control of the pH profile of a substrate. This system is described and illustrated in the manner it is used in conjunction with a scrubber that scrubs both sides of a semiconductor substrate.

In one or more implementations, a mobile communications device assigns a display size to representations of a plurality of content based on metadata associated with the content that indicates when the content was captured. The assigned display size of a first representation is larger than the assigned display size of a second representation. The first and second representations are displayed concurrently in a user interface on the mobile communications device as having respective assigned display sizes.

The method includes the creation and use of a digital music file, preferably consisting of MIDI sequence data, defining a musical composition having distinct musical parts, and the creation and use of a control file used in the rearrangement of the musical parts. The control file includes a plurality of control parameters for the musical composition, including which musical parts are active for each measure of the musical compositions. A user interface is included for allowing a user to alter one or more of the control parameters.
