[Means of solving problem] The pipe joint includes a flare joint body 1F, a cap nut 2, and a stop ring 3. A curved pressure-contacting slope surface 32 of the stop ring 3 contacts a slope surface 5 with reduced-diameter tip of the flare joint body 1F under pressure to establish sealing by means of mutual contact between metallic surfaces. The pipe P is grasped in a tightly pressure-contacting state using a back tooth and a front tooth formed at a tip head 37 of a substantially cylindrical thin part 35 of the stop ring 3.-

摘要: A joint construction for cable piping provided with an inner cylinder of thin wall pipe and an outer cylinder fitted on the inner cylinder as to freely slide to connect a first pipe for cable to a second pipe for cable as to freely expand and contract in length. A holding ring of a first seal member, tightly fit to a peripheral face of an end portion of the first pipe, a first stop ring of plate, hitching to the peripheral face of the end portion of the first pipe, and an opening end forming member, are unitedly fit by plastic working of an end of the inner cylinder. A holding groove of a second seal member, fit to a peripheral face of an end portion of the second pipe, is formed by plastic work of another end of the inner cylinder. A second stop ring, hitching on the peripheral face of the end portion of the second pipe, and an opening end forming member are unitedly fit by plastic work on an outer end side of the outer cylinder.

摘要: To provide a pipe joint construction with which swift and strong connection is possible without flare work on an end portion when a pipe composed of aluminum, a pipe joint construction provided with a joint main body 1 with a male screw and a cap nut 3 screwed to a male screw 2 of the joint main body 1 to connect an aluminum pipe 4, has a cylindrical compressed deformation sleeve 7, stored in an inner storing space 10 of the cap nut 3 and having a concave peripheral groove 9 on a peripheral face 8, in which a bottom thin wall portion 13 of concave groove, receiving compressing force F in axial direction from the joint main body 1 and the cap nut 3 when the cap nut 3 and the male screw 2 of the joint main body are screwed, is plastically deformed in a radial inner direction to bite into a peripheral face 14 of an inserted aluminum pipe 4 for stopping the aluminum pipe 4.
