摘要： The present invention relates to an occlusion device (1) consisting of a braiding (2) of thin wires or threads (4) which is given a suitable form in a molding and heat treatment procedure. The occlusion device (1) has a proximal retention area (6) and a distal retention area (8), whereby the ends of the wires or threads (4) converge into a holder (5) in distal retention area (8). A cylindrical crosspiece (10) is furthermore disposed between the proximal and distal retention areas (6, 8). With the objective of providing an occlusion device which positions as flat as possible against the septum at the proximal side of a septal defect in the inserted state, the invention provides for the proximal retention area (6) of the braiding (2) to exhibit a completely closed proximal wall (112) disposed with a continuous surface at the proximal end of the occlusion device (1) which forms the proximal end (12) of said occlusion device (1).

摘要： Transfer system cooperating with a machine for producing tobacco and filter product rods having a rod receiving unit, a cutting head, and a control system. The machine enables adjustment of the length of the produced rods, whereby the rod receiving unit of the transfer system is synchronized with the cutting head by the control system. The transfer system is situated between the machine for producing rods and a machine for further processing or transmitting the rods. A rejection unit is provided for rejecting the rods outside the transfer system during the synchronization of the rod receiving unit of the transfer system with the cutting head after a new length is entered into the control system. The rejection unit is located between the cutting head of the machine and the rod receiving unit.

The occlusion device comprises a proximal retention region on a proximal end of the occlusion device a distal retention region and a central region between the proximal retention region and said distal retention region and wherein the occlusion device has a closed distal end without a holder, and wherein the occlusion device is at least partly of essentially spherical form, and hollow.

摘要： The invention relates to an anchoring system for heart valve prostheses which can be implanted by introduction via the aorta without any major surgical operation. With the heart valve prosthesis according to the invention it shall be achieved that this can be safely and quickly guided through the aorta toward the heart, and can be fixed there. With this, hook-shaped elements are secured to the commissures of the heart valve prosthesis the hooks of which are guided in an outward direction through the heart valve prosthesis material.
