    摘要: An endoscopic fluid supply conduit system for use with an endoscope having an insertion tube and a universal cable connected to and from a manipulating head assembly. A fluid conduit is provided internally of the insertion tube to supply a fluid from a fluid feed port on the manipulating head assembly toward a fluid jet injection port feed port which is provided on a rigid tip end section at the fore distal end of the insertion tube. In addition, a second fluid conduit is provided internally of the universal cable and toward the manipulating head assembly. A fluid supply channel selector is provided at the fluid feed port to which a fluid feed adaptor is to be disconnectibly connected. The fluid supply channel selector is adapted to block a fluid flow toward the second fluid conduit when a fluid is supplied to the first fluid conduit from the fluid feed port on the manipulating head assembly, and to bring the second fluid conduit into communication with the first fluid conduit when the fluid feed port on the manipulating head assembly is closed.

    摘要: A casing of an endoscopic manipulating head assembly is largely constituted by and dividable into a main cover section adapted to support an operating means of an angulation control mechanism and a grip cover section provided between the main cover section and an insertion tube of the endoscope. Both of the main cover section and the grip cover section are formed of a synthetic resin material. A support plate of a rigid metal is provided internally of the manipulating head assembly to support the angulation control mechanism. A plural number of passage-forming tubular structural members are successively connected within the grip cover section for passing internal components to and from the insertion tube of the endoscope. The support plate is connected to one of the tubular structural members which is located at the proximal end of the grip cover section. A first anti-twist lock portion is formed between the support plate and joined end portions of the main and grip cover sections, while a second anti-twist lock portion is formed between the grip cover section and joined end portions of the tubular structural members.

Moreover, a guide tube can easily be fixed to the mouthpiece body only by rotating the fixing member with the rotational groove. The index is composed of scale lines formed at regular intervals and scale numbers formed at predetermined scale lines. The scale numbers represent the distances from a front end of the guide tube to the scale line, and the distances from a back end of the guide tube to the scale line. The index of the guide tube is used in combination with an index formed on an endoscope insertion part, and this makes it possible to correctly recognize the insertion length of the endoscope insertion part inserted into a body cavity of a subject.

    摘要: The present invention provides a system for endoscopes which can supply air and water according to each application by regulating air and water flow rates independently. Although air and water may be supplied with one pump, the present invention controls air and water flow rates separately by using an air supply pump and water supply pump and by controlling a plurality of open-close valves installed, for example, on atmospheric escape pipes. The air channel and water channel are connected, for draining, by a first connecting pipe. If the air supply pump is used also for water supply and the water supply pump is used also for air supply, it is possible to supply air and water at a high flow rate fast enough even for high-speed water injection. If a fixed flow rate is used for a specified time at the start, specific operations can be simplified.

    摘要: An endoscope system of the present invention makes it possible to pass a cleaning brush through all conduits, simplify cleaning, and perform disinfection such as sterilization by an autoclave. The system is an endoscope for controlling the opening/closing of various conduits by an solenoid valve unit, in which a conduit unit is removably set to the joint at the rear end of an operating portion and a conduit to be connected to various conduits at the main frame side is set to the conduit unit. Moreover, a second cable which is used separately from a first cable in which an electric-signal transmission line is set is provided for the conduit unit to lead said conduit to the solenoid-valve unit. Thereby, it is possible to separately clean the conduit unit by removing it from the main frame. Therefore, cleaning is simplified and the conduit unit can be sterilized by an autoclave or the like.
