Abstract:
A method for producing a sheet-like or web-like, decorative, scratch- and/or abrasion-resistant coating material, in particular a coating film, comprising the steps: coating a support layer (10) made of paper and/or plastic with a liquid or pasty base layer (12) which is free of organic solvents and comprises radiation-curing resins but no heat-curing resins and also an abrasive filler, preferably an inorganic filler, drying the support layer (10) coated with the base layer (12), in particular by supplying heat, applying a covering layer (14) to the dried, non-crosslinked base layer (12), said covering layer containing a radiation-curing resin and no abrasive fillers, and jointly curing and/or crosslinking the covering layer and also the radiation-curing resins in the base layer by irradiating the covering layer with UV and/or electron beams.
Abstract:
A web-shaped matrix for the production of surface materials, particularly surfaces during the production of laminate panels, having a structured surface, a flexible carrier web layer particularly made of paper or film and a layer separating from the surface material arranged on the side of the surface material, wherein the structured surface is arranged on the side of the separating layer facing away from the surface material.
Abstract:
A prepreg can be obtained by impregnating a base paper with a heat-curing resin free from formaldehyde, the prepreg exhibiting a residual moisture content of 2 to 4% by weight after drying, the resin of the prepreg being non-crosslinked and exhibiting a degree of crosslinking of maximum about 85% in the case of thermal treatment of the prepreg over a period of about 40 seconds at about 132° C.
Abstract:
In a printer where a card or record carrier is inserted for printing on one of a plurality of lines, a device is provided for determining the line to be printed. The device consists of a setting assembly and a stop and rest part. The setting assembly includes a card guide element surrounding and spaced radially outwardly from a setting shaft. The stop and rest part is positioned on the setting shaft and is radially adjusted by a spring against the internal surface in the guide element. The guide element has sensible markings for indicating the line selected to be printed.
Abstract:
A web-like, decorative coating film which is designed to be applied to a support, in particular a floor, door or furniture outer surface, and is in a state which is or can be rolled up, includes a decoratively printed support layer (10) made of paper and/or plastic and a dried base layer (12) which contains a radiation-curing resin but preferably no thermocuring resin in the uncrosslinked state and also an abrasive, preferably inorganic filler, said base layer being formed on the support layer from an aqueous application.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a stratified material with a coating which is deposited on one side or both sides and which is comprised of a planar substrate containing acrylate. The synthetic resin is modified by means of high-temperature resistant, polymerizable nanoparticles having a glass transition temperature of the homopolymerizates ≧150 ° C. Said nanoparticles comprise a core consisting of silicon dioxide and of at least one side chain which is covalently bound to the core via one or several oxygen atoms of the oxide, and which is of the formula (MeO)x(Me—(CH2)n—(OCO)m—CR1═CH2)y, wherein Me represents Si or Al, x is 1 to 3, m is 0 and 1, n is 0 to 6, y is 1 to 3 and R represents H or CH3, whereby the free valences of Me represent a binding to another oxygen atom of the core or are saturated by alkoxy radicals.
Abstract:
In a strip-shaped mould for producing surface materials, in particular surfaces of melamine resin in the production of laminate panels, with a structured surface, a flexible strip (10) of paper or foil is provided with a layer (12) having a separating action in relation to the surface material, with the formation of slightly cross-linked regions, and a three dimensional shaped structure consisting of UV-hardening printing inks is applied thereto.
