    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a braking control system of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, by which when a front-and-rear-wheel-interlocked brake operates, operation feeling of a brake lever is improved, and consequently more natural operation feeling may be provided. A braking control system of a two-wheeled motor vehicle according to the invention performs front-and-rear-wheel-interlocked braking control that allows a front-wheel brake and a rear-wheel brake to operate in an interlocked manner. The front-wheel brake is configured of a front-wheel first brake and a front-wheel second brake. ECU 400 controls a front-wheel hydraulic circuit 100 so that the first brake operates according to the front-and-rear-wheel-interlocked braking control. Furthermore, the ECU 400 controls the front-wheel hydraulic circuit 100 so that the front-wheel second brake receives hydraulic pressure caused along with operation of a brake lever 101 during performing the front-and-rear-wheel-interlocked braking control. Thus, operation feeling of the brake lever 101 is improved.

    摘要: In the present invention, without forming a rotational shaft (30) per se in an eccentric manner, the eccentric structure is provided to the whole structure including a ball bearing (50). Accordingly, in place of cutting a side of the rotational shaft (30), the eccentric ball bearing (50) is joined to a shaft portion of the straight rotational shaft (30) so as to obtain an eccentric portion. That is, the eccentric portion is constituted of the shaft portion which has an axis aligned with an axis of the rotational shaft (30) and the eccentric ball bearing (50) which is joined to the shaft portion. As the eccentric ball bearing, it is optimum to adopt a mode in which an inner side thereof having a smaller diameter is formed in an eccentric manner. The eccentric ball bearing (50) is constituted of an inner lace (52) which is arranged eccentric with respect to the axis of the rotational shaft (30), an outer lace (54) which surrounds an outside of the inner lace (52) and balls (55) which are supported between the outer lace (54) and the inner lace (52).

    摘要: To improve brake force in front and rear combined brake control, a brake control device includes a front wheel brake caliper having at least two front wheel cylinders, and a rear wheel brake caliper having a rear wheel cylinder. A front wheel brake conduit is disposed between a front wheel master cylinder and one of the front wheel cylinders, and a rear wheel brake conduit is disposed between a rear wheel master cylinder and the rear wheel cylinder. A pressure amplification conduit branches from a first position in the rear wheel brake conduit and merges with the rear wheel brake conduit at a second position downstream of the first position. A combined brake conduit branches from a third position in the rear wheel brake conduit positioned downstream of the first position and is coupled to the other of the front wheel cylinders. A first switch control valve is disposed between the first position and the third position in the rear wheel brake conduit. A second switch control valve in disposed in the pressure amplification conduit. A hydraulic pump is provided in the pressure amplification conduit, and a controlling device is provided that controls the opening and closing of the valves and actuation of the hydraulic pump.
