    摘要: The invention relates to a method of producing hyaluronic acid including (1) a step of transforming a plant cell using an expression recombinant vector including (i) a DNA encoding hyaluronic acid synthase or (ii) a DNA encoding a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence having one or more amino acid deletions, substitutions, additions or insertions in an amino acid sequence of the hyaluronic acid synthase and having an activity of synthesizing the hyaluronic acid, (2) a step of growing a transformant obtained by transformation, and (3) a step of separating the hyaluronic acid produced by the transformant.

The present invention relates to an ink jet recording method and an ink jet recording apparatus in which the image unevenness often seen in the black printing involving the use of more nozzles than other colors, and the blur of recorded image seen in the image having black images adjacent color images located are reduced.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an image recording method and apparatus for performing stable image recording with a minimum power consumption. An AND gate performs an AND operation of a clock signal and a printing signal of binary logic in units of pixels, and a transistor is driven. At the driving timing, an induced electromotive force is generated in a choke coil having one end connected to a power supply line. A capacitor is charged with a forward current through a diode. On the other hand, the signal is shift-input to a shift register and latched by a latch circuit in synchronism with a signal. An output from the latch circuit is supplied to a gate circuit in synchronism with a signal to drive a transistor. A current from the capacitor is input to the transistor to heat a heater.
