    摘要: In a process for producing a thin-film device, a thermal-buffer layer is formed over a substrate which contains a resin material as a main component, and a light-cutting layer is formed over at least a region of the substrate over which a non-monocrystalline film to be annealed is not to be formed, where the light-cutting layer prevents damage from short-wavelength light to the substrate by reducing a proportion of the short-wavelength light which reaches the substrate. Thereafter, the non-monocrystalline film which is to be annealed is formed in a pattern over the substrate having the thermal-buffer layer, and an inorganic film is formed by irradiating the non-monocrystalline film with the short-wavelength light so as to anneal the non-monocrystalline film.

    摘要: The image recording method and apparatus are used to record an image formed by a group of light source elements disposed in a two-dimensional manner corresponding to recording pixels on a recording medium. In the image recording method and apparatus, an image recording position on the recording medium by the group of light source elements is moved in a direction that contains a component in at least one of two-dimensional disposing directions of the group of light source elements during the recording while modulating, in response to the movement, each recording pixel of the group of light source elements in accordance with an image to be recorded to thereby record the image on the recording medium. The image recording position is moved in accordance with a set magnification for changing the resolution par recording pixel of the group of light source elements. Further, the image recording position is moved by giving a relative speed difference between the relative movement of the group of light source elements and the recording medium and the tracking of the relative movement made by the image recording position by the group of light source elements.

    摘要: The process and apparatus for producing printing plates enable the production of printing plates without wet development processing. The printing plate is exposed to form an image on the printing plate from an exposed area which has got a spectral absorption change to occur in an invisible range. While at the same time the spectral absorption change in the invisible range is read, the image formed by the thus read spectral absorption change is reconstructing as a visible image, and the thus reconstructed visible image is outputted. Alternatively, the information that needs to be read in a subsequent printing step is drawn by an ink jet in an area of the printing plate where the exposure has ended.
