摘要: A dunnage shock absorber and a method and apparatus for making the same is disclosed. The shock absorber is constructed from plastic material which forms a series of trigonal-shaped, gas-filled units which maintain adequate shock absorbing characteristics over a broad range of temperature conditions. This disclosed method includes the steps of forming a plastic tubular body, introducing a cooled gas into the body and forming individual trigonal-shaped units having cooled gas entrapped through angularly heat sealing the edges of such units. The disclosed apparatus forms plastic film into a series of gas-filled trigonal units through the use of fin seal rollers to seal the film into a tubular body. Sponge-like rollers downline of the fin seal rollers grip the tubular body and a conduit injects cooled gas into the tubular body. Horizontal and vertical sealers are provided downline of the sponge-like rollers to heat seal the tubular body with gas entrapped therein.

摘要: Present invention relates to a measuring device which is capable of improving anti-vibration property and anti-impact property. The measuring device comprises a case 1, a spindle 11 displaceably provided to the case 1, a sensor on stationary side attached to the case 1 through a base 33 and a sensor on movable side formed on a scale 35 attached to the spindle 11, and a relative displacement amount of the two sensors 32 and 34 opposing at a predetermined gap G therebetween. A gap enlargement limiting pin 41 is provided on the side of the spindle 11 to restrict a fluctuation of the gap G caused by vibration of the spindle 11 and the like within a predetermined allowance, and a gap reduction limiting film 42 is provided to the sensor on stationary side 32.

摘要: A probe driving mechanism for displacement measuring apparatuses, capable of carrying out a stable, constant speed probe feeding operation without additionally providing a motor rotation detecting rotary encoder and a tachometer generator. When an output from a scale varies in accordance with the power applied to a motor, the power applied to the motor is controlled in accordance with an output from the scale. When the variation of an output from the scale becomes small even though the same level of power continues to be applied to the motor, a judement that a probe contacts the workpiece is given, and the power applied to the motor is set smaller. When an output from the workpiece sensor varies, the power applied to the motor is controlled in accordance with one of an output from the scale and that from the workpiece sensor the speed variation of which is larger than that of the other.
