    摘要: A nacelle cooling system of a wind turbine has cooling blocks which are arranged in order to respectively surround one or more heating devices installed inside a nacelle, a passage pipe line which is connected to the cooling blocks for coolant to flow, a primary heat exchanger which is connected to the passage pipe line and arranged on the outer lateral surface of the nacelle so as to seal the nacelle from outside, and a secondary heat exchanger which is capable of discharging heat generated inside the nacelle into outside the nacelle and constructed to seal the nacelle from outside.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a printed circuit board and a connecting method thereof. The connecting method of the circuit board assembly may include molding the printed circuit board assembly by applying a resin to the printed circuit board assembly, exposing ends of the electrode terminals of a connector mounted on a printed circuit board by partially removing the molded printed circuit board assembly, and connecting a connection member to the exposed ends of the electrode terminals of the connector. Therefore, even if the whole of the printed circuit board assembly is molded, the connection member may be freely connected to the connector of the printed circuit board assembly.

    摘要: Provided is a nacelle cooling system of a wind turbine. The disclosed nacelle cooling system of a wind turbine comprises cooling blocks which are arranged in order to respectively surround one or more heating devices installed inside a nacelle, a passage pipe line which is connected to the cooling blocks for coolant to flow, a primary heat exchanger which is connected to the passage pipe line and arranged on the outer lateral surface of the nacelle, and a secondary heat exchanger which is capable of absorbing heat generated inside the nacelle and discharging the heat. The nacelles of the primary and secondary heat exchangers are sealed from the outside. Therefore, when the nacelle of the wind turbine is operated in a coastal environment, the present invention can prevent performance of turbine facilities from lowering caused by erosion because the nacelle is completely sealed from external salt.

The filter device includes a case, a front flange mounted inside the case, a rear flange mounted inside the case, and a filter member mounted between the front and rear flanged. The case includes an inlet port, a porous tube and an exhaust port. The filter member includes a laminated-type or rolled-up type metallic foam filter mounted between the front and rear flanges, and a jacket wrapped around the metallic foam filter. The exhaust gas that flows inside the porous tube passes through the metallic foam filter. The jacket is formed in a network form to maintain the shape of the metallic foam filter and provide durability thereto. The jacket is formed with a rectangular vent hole. The jacket holds the metallic foam filter such that the shape, construction and position of the metallic foam filter can be maintained.

The inventive method includes: a plastic-forming step for forming a plastic article to be coated from a plastic material mixed with a minute quantity of nanotubes; a pre-treatment step for removing oil-fat and foreign matters from the plastic article; and a surface coat coating step for coating the plastic article with paint directly on the surface of the plastic article so as to protect the plastic article.
