摘要: Disclosed herein is a blue-green algae remover, including: 0.1 to 1 w t% of sulfuric acid; 2 to 10 wt % of potassium sulfate; 1 to 10 wt % of magnesium sulfate; 1 to 10 wt % of borax; 5 to 40 wt % of zinc sulfate; 1 to 20 wt % of boric acid; and residual water. Since the blue-green algae remover, compared to a conventional blue-green algae remover, is dispersed in water while not being precipitated in water, if it is previously sprayed before the generation of blue-green algae, the generation of blue-green algae can be prevented. Therefore, this blue-green algae remover can also be widely used as an agent for preventing the generation of blue-green algae.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device for propelling and turning a hull, wherein the resistance acting on the stem of the hull is converted and the hull can be moved not only in the forward and backward directions but also in the left and right directions so as to improve the mobility and evasion capacity of the hull. The device for propelling and turning a hull comprises: a manifold arranged in the lengthwise direction in the lower portion of the hull so as to discharge the water introduced at the stem side toward the stern side; a propelling means, the top of which is rotatably connected to the stern side end of the manifold, the propelling means being arranged so as to jet water in a lateral direction; and a steering means, which is rotatably coupled to the stern side end of the propelling means such that the steering means rotates the propelling means in a given direction by means of rotating force applied from an external source.

摘要: A log-based FTL and an operating method thereof for improving performances of reading and writing operations to increase the lifetime of a flash memory. In the method, when a reading operation for an LBN and an LPN is requested, a PBN and a PPN corresponding to the LBN and the LPN are calculated with reference to a pagemap corresponding to the LBN. A physical page of a physical block corresponding to the PBN and the PPN is accessed so that a reading operation is performed. On the other hand, when a writing operation for the LBN and the LPN is requested, a PBN and a PPN for a free-page of a physical block last assigned for the LBN are calculated with reference to a blockmap. The physical page of the physical block corresponding to the PBN and the PPN is accessed, so that a writing operation is performed. The pagemap stores a PBN and a PPN, and the blockmap stores a PBN list and a PPN.

摘要: Proton-conducting hybrid glass and a method for manufacturing the same. The proton-conducting hybrid glass has CsPWA created inside the pores of borosilicate glass. The proton-conducting hybrid glass can be used as an electrolyte for electrochemical devices, such as fuel cells and sensors. When the proton-conducting hybrid glass is used as an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell, excellent thermal and chemical stability is realized in the range from a high temperature to an intermediate temperature of 120° C. A high proton conductivity of 10−3S/cm or higher and good catalytic activity are realized. In addition, high volumetric stability and excellent moisture retention characteristics in high and intermediate temperature ranges are achieved.

摘要: A method for cleaning a silicon wafer includes (S11) cleaning surfaces of a silicon wafer using an SC-1 cleaning solution according to standard clean 1; (S12) rinsing the surfaces of the silicon wafer, cleaned in the step S11, using deionized water; (S13) cleaning the surfaces of the silicon wafer, rinsed in the step S12, using a cleaning solution including hydrochloric acid, ozone water and deionized water; (S14) rinsing the surfaces of the silicon wafer, cleaned in the step S13, using deionized water; and (S15) drying the surfaces of the silicon wafer, rinsed in the step S14. A stable oxide film is formed on the surfaces of the silicon wafer using a material having a strong oxidizing ability while a cleaning process is performed. Therefore, a problem that as time passes, external impurities are attached to the surfaces of the silicon wafer can be solved by a simple and safe process.
