    摘要: The present invention provides a circular dumbbell oligodeoxynucleotide (CDODN) comprising two loop structures and a stem structure, wherein the stem structure comprises a nucleotide sequence capable of binding the DNA-binding domain of a transcriptional factor. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising said CDODN. The pharmaceutical composition can be used for treating and/or preventing a disease or disorder related to such a transcriptional factor. The present invention also provides a method for treating and/or preventing a disease or disorder related to such a transcriptional factor, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a CDODN comprising two loop structures and a stem structure, wherein the stem structure comprises a nucleotide sequence capable of binding the DNA-binding domain of the transcriptional factor.

    摘要: A method for selecting an antenna in an orthogonalized spatial multiplexing system. Upon receipt of at least one symbol from a transmitter via multiple receive antennas, a receiver decodes each of the received symbols; determines a rotation angle between the received symbols, and selects an optimal subset of transmit antennas using a distance between vectors of the decoded symbols; generates feedback information including the determined rotation angle and the selected optimal subset, and transmits the generated feedback information to the transmitter. Upon receipt of the feedback information, the transmitter beam-forms an antenna corresponding to the optimal subset depending on the received feedback information, and transmits a data symbol to the receiver. The receiver detects each of data symbols received from the transmitter.

Through the present invention, it was found that dimethyl fumarate could inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation by increasing the activity of AMPK. Accordingly, dimethyl fumarate can be usefully used as an effective ingredient of a medicine for inhibiting vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation.

    摘要: Provided is a process for preparing a compound of formula 1 or its salt, which comprises reacting a compound represented by the following formula 4 with acetaldehyde in a mixed solvent comprising water, isopropanol, and methylenechloride in a volume ratio of 1:3-6:11-14 in the presence of a first base to stereospecifically prepare a compound represented by the following formula 3′; and reacting the compound of the formula 3′ with an anhydrous compound represented by the following formula 2 in the presence of a second base: wherein R1 is a hydrogen or an amino protecting group, R2 is a hydrogen or a carboxyl protecting group, and R3 is a hydrogen or an amino protecting group consisting of phenylacetyl group, wherein when R3 is a phenylacetyl group, R2 is not a hydrogen in formula 3′; and wherein, when at least one of R2 and R3 is a protecting group, all such protecting groups are removed from formula 3′, thereby producing a compound represented by formula 6 prior to reacting it with the compound of formula 2.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for determining an optimum integer perturbation vector of a low complexity in a multiple antenna system include a transmitter that transmits data using an optimum integer perturbation vector of a low complexity in a multiple antenna system includes a module pre-processor, a shift pre-processor, and a precoder. The modulo pre-processor adds an integer perturbation vector to a transmission signal vector. The shift pre-processor phase-shifts a pseudo inverse matrix of a channel matrix using a phase angle. The precoder precodes a transmission signal vector perturbed by the integer perturbation vector using the phase-shifted pseudo inverse matrix of the channel matrix.
