    摘要: A liquid crystal display device is disclosed. The liquid crystal display device includes: a substrate; gate and data lines arranged to cross each other on the substrate and to define a pixel region; a switching element disposed at an intersection of the gate and data lines; and pixel electrodes and common electrodes arranged alternately with each other and parallel to the data line, within the pixel region. The pixel electrode and the common electrode are formed to have a stacked layer structure of a transparent conductive material layer and an opaque metal layer, each having a line-width of 3.5 μm or less. Such a liquid crystal display device can enhance the transmittance of a pixel region with preventing the chuck stain by forming electrodes in a double layer structure with a transparent conductive material layer and an opaque metal layer.

The digital-alloy distributed Bragg's reflector of the present invention has a uniform quality on the substance area and the filter and reflector having uniformly high quality can be mass produced by using the reflector.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a horizontal electric field type liquid crystal display device having the horizontal electric fields over the pixel electrodes and the common electrodes which are disposed on the same level plane, and a method for manufacturing the same. The horizontal electric field type liquid crystal display device comprising: a substrate; a gate line and a data line crossing each other with a gate insulating layer therebetween, and defining a pixel area on the substrate; a thin film transistor formed where the gate line and the data line is crossing; a pixel electrode contacting the thin film transistor on the gate insulating layer; a common electrode disposed in parallel with the pixel electrode having a predetermined distance; and a passivation layer covering whole surface of the substrate including the pixel electrode and the common electrode. According to the present disclosure, as all liquid crystal molecules including molecules disposed right over the pixel electrodes and the common electrodes are driven by the horizontal electric field, the light transmittance and the aperture ratio are enhanced.

    摘要: An LCD device includes plurality of gate lines and data lines crossing each other to define pixel regions on a substrate. A thin film transistor (TFT) resides at a crossing portion of the gate lines and the data lines and a pixel electrode is electrically connected with the TFT. The TFT includes a gate electrode, a gate insulation layer on the gate electrode and a semiconductor layer on the gate insulation layer. A portion of the data line and the semiconductor layer form a composite layer between adjacent pixel electrodes in which a line width of data line is the same as a line width of semiconductor layer. A method of fabricating the LCD device includes etching a passivation layer using a mask pattern and etching the semiconductor layer using the mask pattern and a portion of the data line as an etch mask to form the composite layer.
