    摘要: A synthetic resin product which may be used for gluing wood products and the like comprises a lignin and a low molecular weight liquid which is capable of penetrating, swelling and reacting with the lignin to form a hardened product. The low molecular weight liquid may be a solution consisting essentially of formaldehyde and phenol and may also contain an acid or alkaline hardener. Examples of acid hardeners include ammonium chloride, paratoluene sulphonic acid and the like, whereas examples of an alkaline hardener include sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide and the like. The formed resin product is very suitable as an adhesive and utilizes lignin not ordinarily suitable as an adhesive and generally regarded as a waste material.

    摘要: A hand-operated portable tool to detonate blasting charges on a workpiece, including a tool body; a front unit, supported by the body and accommodating an explosive cartridge, for engagement with the workpiece; and a rear unit, supported by the body, including an igniting mechanism for the cartridge. The front unit is movable into a retracted position, with the rear unit being releasable only in the retracted position of the front unit. The tool body includes a first handle to release the igniting mechanism, a security mechanism to render the igniting mechanism inoperative, and a second handle and trigger to render the security mechanism temporarily inoperative, thereby rendering operative the igniting mechanism.

    摘要: A hydraulic rotating axial piston engine having a housing, enclosing a cylinder barrel journaled in the housing for rotation around a barrel axis. The housing also has a number of circumferentially arranged cylinders with a number of pistons reciprocating between two defined end positions. The pistons cooperate with an angled plate in order to obtain the reciprocating movement. The axial piston engine has an input/output shaft, and the cylinder barrel has channels connecting each cylinder to port(s) in the cylinder barrel. The ports alternatively act as inlet and outlet ports. The housing has an inlet and outlet channel, each having a kidney-shaped port, facing towards the inlet and outlet ports of the cylinder barrel. The kidney-shaped ports communicate with a number of the ports at the barrel. The cylinder barrel ports extend in both directions outside the cylinders in the two circumferential directions of the cylinder barrel. The channels open to the cylinders along the peripheral wall of each cylinder, and the opening to the cylinders has substantially the same area as the area of the ports of the barrel.

    摘要: A hydraulic rotating axial piston engine having a housing enclosing a rotatable cylinder barrel. The engine has a number of axial cylinders with a number of reciprocating pistons. The pistons reciprocate between two defined end positions, and cooperate with a plate angled relative to a rotational axis of the barrel in order to obtain the reciprocating movement. The cylinders have ports alternatively acting as inlet and outlet ports. The housing has an inlet and an outlet channel, each having a kidney shaped port, facing towards the ports of the cylinders and communicating with a number of the cylinder ports. The housing has two parts, one of the housing parts defines the turning positions of the barrel in the end positions of the pistons. A second housing part defines the turning positions of the kidney shaped ports, relative to the end positions. The first and second parts of the housing are alternatively positionable in two different turning positions in the rotational direction of the cylinder barrel. The two turning positions are two different positions deviating from a relative turning angle of 0° or 180°, so that the kidney shaped ports are displaced a predetermined extent in the rotational direction.

    摘要: A piston ring assembly for a piston of the type which is rigidly connected to the associated piston rod and which during its reciprocating motion in a cylinder has to be inclinable with its longitudinal axis by a small angle relative to the center axis of said cylinder, said piston being intended for use in hydraulic mechanisms with very high hydraulic fluid pressures and mainly axial piston machines. The piston is provided with a peripheral groove for accomodating the sealing piston ring assembly and said assembly consists of two or more annular and radially slitted washers of steel. For providing such a piston ring assembly which has improved sealing action and endurance but which still is simple and unexpensive in manufacture, the slitted washers have a thickness so selected in percent of the cylinder diameter that their slit width or gap will be substantially equal to zero for an intermediate value of the inclination angle between the longitudinal axis of the piston and the center axis of the cylinder and in that the piston groove has a depth sufficient for allowing a free relative sliding motion between the washers.

    摘要: An arrangement for storing cryogenic liquid comprises a Dewar-flask-like vessel. The vessel is filled completely with a material able to absorb a cryogenic substance when said substance is in liquid form but only capable of absorbing said substance to a limited extent when said substance is in gas form. Adjacent to the mouth of said vessel and externally thereof there is provided a cavity, which is arranged to cooperate with means by which any gases formed in said cavity can be released to atmosphere when the pressure in said cavity exceeds a given pressure.
