摘要: The invention concerns:
A) An assembly to reduce the emission of CO2 in a plant for the production of clinkers comprising two calciners and a carbonator arranged between the two calciners, wherein one of the calciners is an integral part of a conventional clinker production system. Thanks to this assembly, the plant can continue to operate in the clinker production process even if the CO2 capture system which uses the carbonator and the other calciner of the assembly is disconnected due to malfunctions or maintenance characterized in that said carbonator is free of recirculation to both said two calciners.
B) The relative plants comprising both the assembly and the actual clinker production plant in which the clinker production plant is of the conventional type existed before and already operational, or said plant is installed simultaneously with the assembly units.
C) The clinker production process with reduction of CO2 emission conducted in the plants B.-

摘要: A system and method for producing hydrogen gas. The system comprises at least one reformer reactor, at least one separator, at least one separator transport line, at least one regenerator reactor, at least one regenerator transport line and at least one recycling line. The reformer reactor is for containing a CO2 capturing sorbent A forming a used sorbent A*, wherein the reformer reactor is configured to allow reform of a feed material B and a steam C to produce a reformate gas mixture comprising H2 and CO2. The reformer reactor comprising a reformer inlet for feeding at least one of B and C into the reformer reactor and a reformer outlet for ejecting A* and H2. A separator configured to separate A* from H2. The separator comprising a separator inlet for feeding H2 and A* into the separator and a separator outlet for ejecting the separated A *. A separator transport line for transporting A* and H2 from the reformer outlet to the separator inlet. The regenerator reactor comprising a regenerator inlet for receiving at least a portion of A* separated in the separator. A regenerator power source configured to provide sufficient energy to the received A* for allowing release of CO2, thereby regenerating the sorbent. A regenerator outlet for ejecting the regenerated sorbent. A regenerator transport line for transporting the flow of A* from the separator outlet to the regenerator inlet. A recycling line arranged to transport at least a portion of the regenerated sorbent from the regenerator outlet into the reformer reactor. The regenerator transport line comprises a flow regulating device arranged to adjust the flow rate of A* being transported into the regenerator inlet.

摘要: A method for producing lime or dolime, which includes a calcination step for the calcination of calcareous or dolomitic material which is brought into contact with the first fumes which are obtained by combustion of fuel with an oxidizing gas, a cooling of calcined lime or dolime with discharge and collection thereof and a release of a gaseous effluent containing CO2. Subsequent processing steps result in the formation of a CaO-based sorbent material with separation between the CaO-based sorbent material and a CO2-concentrated gas stream which is collected. The recycling of said separated CaO-based sorbent material is recycled into a CO2 depletion step resulting in the extraction of a valorizable fraction of the CaCO3—CaO based charge with a compensatory introduction of fresh CaCO3 in the calcination step.

摘要: This disclosure provides a waste battery thermal desorption treatment system. The waste battery thermal desorption treatment system includes: a rotary kiln, having a feed port, thermal desorption cavity, heating cavity, discharge port, and first exhaust port; a dust removal apparatus, including a housing with a gas inlet port and a second exhaust port, and a dust removal structure disposed in the housing configured to collect impurities in a gas exhausted from the first exhaust port; a condenser, in communication with the second exhaust port, to condense an electrolyte constituent; and an adsorption column having a defluorination agent for dry defluorination on remaining constituents in the gaseous exhaust. This disclosure resolves the problem of low recycling efficiency of waste lithium batteries in the prior art.

摘要: The methods and embodiments described herein involve installation of a gas sparging manifold into crude oil storage tanks, which facilitates removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from bulk crude oil. Hydrogen sulfide stripped from the crude oil is scavenged via a forced-draft scavenging gas into a scavenging duct, and passes through an in-line filter. An alternative embodiment can be adapted for mobile use in a tank trailer/tank car capable of being towed by a tractor truck or locomotive.

摘要: Systems and methods for generating power using hydrogen fuel, such as derived from natural gas, are provided. Feed materials are introduced into a compact hydrogen generator to produce carbon dioxide, hydrogen gas and steam. Sorbent material within the compact hydrogen generator acts to absorb carbon dioxide, forming a used sorbent. Hydrogen gas and steam are separated from the used sorbent and passed to a power generator such as a hydrogen turbine to produce power. The used sorbent is introduced into a calciner and heated to desorb carbon dioxide and form a regenerated sorbent which can be recycled to the compact hydrogen generator.

摘要: A combustible gas from carbon black production is utilized in a gas engine by adding an oxygen-containing gas to the combustible gas, passing said mixed gas over a selective catalyst, which is active for oxidizing H2S to SO2 but substantially inactive for oxidation of CO, H2 and other hydrocarbons with less than 4 C-atoms, passing the converted gas through an SO2 removal step, and passing the cleaned gas to a gas engine or to an energy recovery boiler. This way, the tail gas from carbon black production, which is normally combusted in a CO boiler or incinerated, can be utilized to good effect.

In particular, the combination of carbon material(s), clay material(s) and metal oxide(s) provide for effective removal of hydrogen sulfide from a gas at a reduced cost.
