Sealing the first and second portions together along a hand-shaped outline. Cutting the sealed stack along the hand-shaped outline so the seal remains intact, thereby forming a multilayered glove.

摘要: A tamper evident bag has front and rear panels connected together along opposite first and second side edge margins and a bottom edge margins that define a bag interior and a first bag opening therebetween. The first and second side edge margins include first and second peripheral side edges. The front and rear panels each have a tear line with a first end and a second end, the first and second ends being adjacent to and spaced apart from the first peripheral side edge. The first and second ends of each tear line being spaced part. The tear lines extend over the front and rear panels but remain spaced from the second side edge margin. Each tear line defines a respective tear out section on the front and rear panels. The tear out sections are joined along the first side edge margin and are configured to be removed to create a second bag opening.

摘要: In a method of forming a foamed PVC board, a foamed PVC core is formed to have about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for adhesion enhancement. Film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with an adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film. The fly ash in the PVC core enhances the adhesion between the foamed PVC core and the film 120 is increased and resists delamination of the film. A PVC board includes a foamed PVC core, an adhesive, and a film. The foamed PVC core has about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for enhanced adhesion between the film and the foamed PVC core. The film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with the adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film.

摘要: A method of making a pre-stretched plastic packaging film comprising co-extruding a top layer, a bottom layer, and a core layer into a multilayer film intermediate product, wherein the top layer and bottom layer comprise at least about 95 wt % polyethylene resin, and the core layer comprises polyethylene resin and filler particles; stretching the multilayer film intermediate product to impart cavitation in the core layer in the area of the filler particles to form a pre-stretched polyethylene-based film; and rolling the pre-stretched polyethylene-based film onto a roller to form a roll of pre-stretched polyethylene-based film. A multilayer pre-stretched plastic packaging film comprising: a core layer sandwiched between a top layer and a bottom layer wherein the top layer and bottom layer comprise at least about 95 wt % polyethylene, and the core layer comprises filler particles having a particle size of 0.1 to 20 μm in a polyethylene-based matrix comprising at least about 95 wt % polyethylene.
