The CVD apparatus includes a chamber body including a susceptor having at least one pocket part having a wafer stably mounted therein; a chamber cover provided with the chamber body to open or close the chamber body and having a reaction space between the susceptor and the chamber cover; a reactive gas supplier supplying the reactive gas into the reaction space to allow the reactive gas to flow across a surface of the susceptor; and a non-reactive gas supplier supplying a non-reactive gas into the reaction space to allow the non-reactive gas to flow across a surface of the chamber cover between the susceptor and the chamber cover so as to prevent the reactive gas from contacting the surface of the chamber cover.

The method includes the steps of processing insulating materials on an inner surface of the second receiving portion, inserting the crude cell into the battery case, and sealing the battery case.

摘要： A vacuum cleaner is selectively operable in one of three modes, namely: an automatic self-directing mode, a remotely controlled mode, or a manual mode. The vacuum carries ultrasonic object detectors for detecting walls of a room being cleaned, as well as obstacles in the room. When in a self-directing mode, the vacuum selects a path of travel based upon a detected wall of the room as a reference, and steers itself to avoid obstacles in its path. An electric cord is automatically payed-out and retracted as the vacuum travels. A constant tension is imposed on the cord as it is payed-out or retracted by an appropriate manipulation of a spiral spring connected to the cord.

摘要： The present invention is disclosed to provide a parameter set-up method for a membership function of fuzzy control in a washing machine by which time and manpower necessary for design of a product can be reduced, an accurate design of the product can be made possible and performance of the product can be improved. The method includes the steps of: providing an auxiliary fuzzy logic controller having M parameters in a controller membership function as input and an error between a rotary speed of a washing machine motor and a reference speed as output (first step); classifying the M parameters into N respective sections and generating a fuzzy rule for the auxiliary fuzzy logic controller through N.sup.M experiments (second step); obtaining through the experiments an error between an output curve and a reference curve which is a graph of a sampling time versus a rotary speed of the motor (third step); utilizing the error between the output curve and the reference curve to execute a first genetic algorithm so that the parameters of the auxiliary fuzzy logic controller can be optimized (fourth step); and executing a second genetic algorithm against the parameters of the auxiliary fuzzy logic controller to minimize the error between the output curve and the reference curve output from the auxiliary fuzzy logic controller so that parameters of the fuzzy logic controller can be obtained (fifth step).

摘要： Provided is a submerged-type, electrosorption-based desalination apparatus for water purification and method, comprising applying a DC voltage of 0.1 to 2.0 volts to a carbon electrode of the reactor to thereby adsorb inorganic ions on the carbon electrode, and reversely applying the same DC voltage having opposite polarity to recycle regeneration solution to the outside of the apparatus or into the treatment tank, thereby enhancing a recovery rate. In addition, in order to improve desalination efficiency, the reactor used in the desalination apparatus may be embodied in various forms of T-shaped, linear type, single, composite, and ion exchange membrane electrodes. Therefore, the present invention may be applied to remove inorganic ions from industrial wastewater, sea water, and brackish water, which contain large amounts of inorganic ions.

A screw set for dental implants includes a plurality of dental-implant screws, each having a screw portion and a screw-head portion of varying height, and each screw-head portion includes the same combination of guide and tool-receiver. The improved screw facilitates tightening and untightening of the screw.
