Abstract:
A door-stopping device for motor vehicles, includes a door holder bar, a support housing including a passage for the door holder bar to pass through, and a locking unit disposed in the support housing, which includes two pivotally mounted locking levers. Each locking lever is pre-tensioned by a spring element towards each other and towards the door holder bar. Each locking lever comprises a locking element. The locking elements bear on mutually opposite sides against the door holder bar and are adapted to engage with the locking grooves on the door holder bar. For the door-stopping device to present diverse possibilities of design, to be manufactured in a cost-effective manner and to occupy only little space, the spring elements are arranged substantially parallel to the door holder bar.
Abstract:
A door hinge for a motor vehicle has a column console that can be arranged on a door frame and a door console that can be attached to a vehicle door, wherein the door console and the column console are connected together as counterpieces at two bearing points arranged spaced from each other in a pin-jointed manner and separable for disassembly. In order to provide a motor vehicle door hinge in which the engaged surface are effectively protected from damage, it is provided that at the bearing points the door console or column console has a sliding bushing and the jointed connection is formed by two bolts, each of which extend through a sliding bushing and the associated counterpiece, wherein the sliding bushings and the bolts are arranged on the door or column console and on each other such that in the case of a pivoting of the consoles relative to each other the bolt is rotated relative to the sliding bushing and in the case of disassembly of the column console from the door console the bolt remains in the sliding bushing.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door hinge for a motor vehicle with a column console that can be arranged on a column of a door frame, a door console that can be attached to a motor vehicle door assigned to the door frame, wherein the door console and the column console are pin-jointed together via a hinge pin. In order to provide a motor vehicle door hinge that can be produced easily and cost-effectively, it is provided that the door and/or column console is formed by two spaced partial units, wherein the spacing of the partial units of the door and/or the column console is determined by means of a distance element.
Abstract:
A wheel cover of metal for a wheel with a part that accommodates the tire and an inner part arranged within this part, wherein the wheel cover contains an adapter element for fixing the wheel cover on the inner part and a cover element for at least partially covering the inner part, wherein the adapter element is inseparably fixed on the cover element.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a run-flat support body for run-flat vehicle wheels. Said support body is typically embodied as a shell-shaped, metallic annular body (3) having an undulated supporting annular surface. The invention relates to a simple, effective method for producing one such annular body (3), according to which a rectangular blank (6) which is cut out of a strip of sheet metal is bent along the longitudinal side to form a ring and the open ends of the ring are interconnected by a material connection. The annular blank (7) thus produced is provided with the desired profile according to the pressure-rolling method, is provided with connecting elements (9), and cut open between the same.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door hinge with a holder for motor vehicle doors, wherein the door hinge comprises a pillar bracket attachable at a motor vehicle and a door bracket connectable with the motor vehicle door, said door bracket being connected with said pillar bracket via a hinge pin arranged at one bracket in an anti-rotational manner and rotatably arranged in the other bracket, said holder comprising a stop member carrier connected in an anti-rotational manner with the hinge pin and an engagement element supported so as to be rotatable together with the other bracket relative to said stop member carrier, said engagement element having at least one stop mark on a surface facing the stop member carrier, wherein at least one stop member biased by a spring element is arranged on the stop member carrier in such a way that it can be brought into engagement with the surface of the engagement element facing the stop member carrier. In order to provide a door hinge wherein the spring force acting on the stop members is essentially the same in all opening positions, the holder comprises at least two spring biased stop members, wherein the spring element presses at its ends on two neighboring or opposite stop members arranged on the stop member carrier.
Abstract:
A non-fixed roll bar system is disclosed which employs cylindrical, hollow-shaped standpipes for inner guidance of the legs of an essentially U-shaped roll bar. These standpipes are rigidly connected with a housing to be installed into a vehicle. For outer guidance of the bar legs, guide borings with radial play to the legs are provided in a guide block, which is also attached to the housing. This play is compensated by radially elastic guide bushings. This results in closed surface areas of the bar legs.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a door hinge for motor vehicles, in particular for cars, with a pillar bracket which can be positioned on a vehicle and a door bracket which can be attached to the vehicle door, which are joined together by means of a hinge pin, such as to be articulated. In order to provide a door hinge which can be produced at low cost with only limited production expenditure and low weight, it is proposed that the pillar bracket and/or the door bracket (1) be produced from one sheet metal component.
