    摘要： Systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided for authoring data collection devices, deploying data collection devices for the collection of data, retrieving data collection devices and collected data, and/or managing collected data and relationships between data collectors and data providers. Client data is collected from a client remotely via any network-enabled input device and retrieved by a service provider prior to an encounter between the client and the service provider. Client data is collected preferably through deployment of client data collection forms authored by service providers by means of a form creation system in which specialty specific data containers stored in one or more libraries are arranged via a drag-and-drop interface to establish a form. Client data can be configured for passage to third party data storage and/or processing systems. Clients can be referred to other service providers with data being pre-populated into the other service providers' data collection forms.

    摘要： A load balancer dynamically load balances packets for network connections between clients and servers. When receiving a packet from a client that requests a new connection, the load balancer checks the current load of all the servers and selects the server most suitable to handle the new connection. The load balancer then forwards that packet to the selected server. If the server accepts the request for the new connection, then the server responds with an acknowledgement packet. The acknowledgement packet also includes the server's blade identification that the client uses for all subsequent packets on the accepted connection. When the load balancer receives a packet containing the blade identification, the load balancer forwards the packet to the server corresponding to the blade identification. Backup load balancers can therefore continue packet forwarding services in a smooth and efficient manner.

    摘要： There is provided a personal care product having a vapor sweep comprising a material which reacts with water or urine to form vapor at a rate capable of displacing at least 5, and preferably at least 10, percent of the air volume within said product per minute. This vapor generation sweeps water vapor and humidity from the personal care product, such as a diaper, and so it's believed will contribute to skin health. Materials that, upon reaction with water or urine, produce large volumes of carbon dioxide may be incorporated into the various components of standard personal care products to achieve the objective of this invention. Such materials include leavening agents. Additionally, a seal may be added to the personal care product to encourage the generated vapor to travel a longer path prior to exiting the product in order to maximize water vapor removal.

    摘要： A pivot position sensor sensing outboard motor trim includes a housing within which a pair of U-shaped movable contacts are secured in axially spaced relation on an operating rod which extends outwardly of the housing. The housing is attached by the motor. The end of the rod is interconnected by a flexible cable to a clamp coupler affixed to the tilt tube or shaft. The cable extends over the collar and wraps and unwraps thereon as the motor pivots to position the rod with respect to the motor. The fixed housing is provided with a chamber having a pair of wound linear resistor units secured in longitudinal recesses on opposite sides of the chamber and engaged by one of said contacts. At ninety degrees therefrom, a pair of limit contact strips are mounted in offset recesses on opposite sides of the chamber and connected by the other contact. At a preselected up-tilted position, the limit contacts separate from the strips and open the circuit therebetween to terminate up-trim drive.
