Certain features described herein are directed to treatment devices and treatment methods to treat and/or prevent sensation loss. The devices may take many forms including, but not limited to, a footbath, sock, slipper, sandal, insole and the like. Many different types of current and waveforms may be used to effectuate treatment.

A beverage mixing and dispensing device includes a housing, a liquid supply nozzle supported by the housing and configured to dispense a stream of liquid, a liquid supply mechanism in fluid communication with the liquid supply nozzle and configured to convey a supply of liquid to the liquid supply nozzle for dispensing, and a hopper configured to store a predetermined volume of a granular food product and configured to convey a stream of the granular food product into the stream of liquid. The liquid supply nozzle is configured such that the stream of liquid and the stream of the granular food product mix mid-stream to dispense a mixed product.
Abstract:
A combined bearing plate and stator frame for an air compressor powered by an electric motor. The air compressor includes a crankshaft rotationally supported by a rotational bearing, and the electric motor includes a rotor and a stator substantially surrounding the rotor. The rotor is mounted on a portion of the crankshaft for rotation therewith. The combined bearing plate and stator frame is adapted for integration into the air compressor so as to provide a bearing plate for mounting of the rotational bearing and a stator frame for mounting of the stator therein and an aligning the stator with the rotor mounted on the portion of the crankshaft. The combined bearing plate and stator frame includes a bearing plate member and a stator frame member, the bearing plate member and the stator frame member being integrally formed from a single piece of material.

Data processing system for calculating the flowrate of air from a pressurized reservoir to an air pressure communication line. A pressure sensor is connected to the reservoir to provide an analog signal indicating pressure, which is converted into a digital pressure signal. The system also has a sensor connected to pressure ports upstream and downstream of an orifice, located between the reservoir and the air pressure communication line. This provides an analog differential pressure signal which is converted into a digital differential pressure signal, which is processed to obtain a first digital flowrate signal. This is combined with the digital pressure signal to obtain a flowrate correction value, from which a revised flowrate value is obtained. This revised flowrate value may be sent to an operator of the system, to a control system, or to an alarm system.

A plant pot includes a sleeve and a base disposed across one end of the sleeve, the sleeve and base together forming a container for holding potting soil. The sleeve is formed of a flexible membrane that is both permeable to air and water vapor, and impermeable to liquid water, enabling aeration of the soil through the sleeve while inhibiting liquid water transfer across the fabric.

A method for making an injection molded multilayer polymer pump diaphragm having one side resistant to chemicals. The method can include injecting molten polymer material of a first type having chemical resistance properties into a first pump diaphragm mold cavity to produce a first pump diaphragm layer; curing the first pump diaphragm layer; applying an adhesive to one side of the first pump diaphragm layer; placing the first pump diaphragm layer in a second pump diaphragm mold cavity sized to receive an amount of a second type of polymer material against the adhesive painted side of the first pump diaphragm layer; injecting molten polymer material of the second type into the second pump diaphragm mold cavity into contact with the adhesive to produce a second pump diaphragm layer adhered to first pump diaphragm layer; and curing the second pump diaphragm layer such that said first and second pump diaphragm layers adhere together to form a pump diaphragm having one side which is resistant to chemicals.

The present invention provides an assembly for supporting a rotatable shaft member driven by a motor. The assembly comprises a base member, an upright support member connected to the base member and a bearing member mounted on the upright support member Such bearing member is connectable with the rotatable shaft member for supporting such rotatable shaft member thereby reducing extraneous vertical and horizontal movement of such rotatable shaft member while permitting such rotatable shaft member to rotate freely.
