    摘要： An engineered therapeutic footwear for correcting a biomechanical misalignment and provide proper foot alignment. Thetherapeutic footwear comes with a built in GPS tracking system. The corrective footwear improves biomechanical foot issues by an inner molded brace that provides medial and lateral support, with internal metal frame support incorporated into the molded brace. The built in GPS is utilized to track the location of a child with/without disabilities and physical activity.

    摘要： An insole advantageous for arthritic or diabetic patients comprises three layers and provides an arch support and an integral heel receiving area. The insole has a generally foot-shaped bottom layer having a length extending from a heel area to a toe area, a top surface and a bottom surface. The bottom layer's bottom surface preferably comprises one to three indentations formed integrally therein and is preferably made of an EVA foam. Insert layers are secured to each of said indentations. A middle layer having a first and second side is secured to the bottom layer's top surface adjacent the middle layer's second side and is preferably made of a synthetic rubber layer. The middle layer takes the shape of the bottom layer. A top layer is coextensive with and secured to the middle layer's first side. The top layer composition is selected according to the intended use.

    摘要： The present invention is an apparatus and method of orthopedic footwear for post-surgical or diabetic patients or for sanitary use. The footwear has an ambidextrous bottom sole. In a higher part thereof, there is a groove of at least 10 mm, in which an off-loading plantar insoles or medicine or bandages can be inserted. These have been built-in the bottom sole using an ortho-dynamic concept which allows the patient a controlled deambulation. To that end, the present invention prevents sheer force on the plantar part of the bottom sole and the foot and in particular on the metatarsal and/or tarsal part of the foot.
